Awesome info for ALFs! Now how do I know what to expect/charge with and Adult Residential Facility? What should I expect to receive from a contracted entity- based on what things? Vs People who may want to find a place for their family member and pay on their own? How would I evaluate the cost to purchase an ARF and know if it's a good deal?
