++ in addition to the first reply, we have to consider na may pagka toxic din naman talaga ang social media dito.. i mean oo sa lahat naman pero medyo may pagka malala din satin e.. kaya nga sinabi diba na inopen up naman ni allison about bullying and all.. I don't think it's just shame or cringe that they feel but also because marami dito na sobrang hateful e.. they say really hurtful stuff tsaka namemersonal talaga tapos yung fame din.. syempre maraming nakakakilala.. fans.. it's not that ungrateful pero the way i see it siguro mahirap din para sa kanila pag sumobra na ganon.. yun bang may bigla bigla na lang lalapit and even to allison i noticed parang di talaga siya comfortable sa ganon e pano pa kung kapag kasama friends nila and they're out, having fun.. what if she feels weirded out.. but not in a bad way kasi totoo naman they're already wealthy.. they have a great family.. maraming ganap sa buhay nila na hindi lang naikot sa social media.. or maybe most of them are just really private.. i know that feeling yung discomfort kapag masyadong maraming alam yung ibang tao tungkol sayo.. even little things pero ngayon naglloosen up naman na sila.. dami nilang exposure sa vlogs and nung last time kasi na nagfollow ako sa ig ni tita small nakatag sa kanya si allison i checked tapos naka private pa siya non but now napublic na so sign siguro na nagiging open na siya

Thank you for giving light to struggles of menopause. People don't talk about it, but the hormonal imbalance can actually affect you mentally. I have colleagues here who take hormone replacement therapy because they are struggling mentally, to the point that they feel like they are out of their minds. It's scary, and sad that Filipinos don't talk about how difficult menopause is. "Ah menopause lang yan" is not a good statement, because it is very difficult. So, at any point in your life that you experience depression, figure out who you are and who you want to be (God created everyone w/ a purpose that satisfies your heart), and then serve and help others, because we feel fulfilled when we can serve and help others - first you help yourself, then your family, your friends, your community, if you can do bigger, your state, your country, and the world... we come here and we leave it a better place to live with (that's your contribution and legacy)... That is the secret of living a fulfilling life by serving & helping, no matter what profession you have - we help one another, people help people. (just like what Small Laude did, she wanted to be a mother, she did everything to become one... and still pushed through despite of discouragements she heard, she knew what she wanted and she focus on getting it (our MIND is VERY POWERFUL, everyone is given one, it will keep giving you ideas until you reach your goals - very important to DREAM and SET GOALS, so there is always PROGRESS)...habang may buhay may pag asa, kung hindi ka marunong mangarap and setting goals & get them, life wouldn't be fun... (dreaming - the sky is the limit, you are only limited to your own imagination, kaya DREAM BIG!!! something that excites you...), (write your goals down to "Seal the Deal", and read it everyday, when you wake up & when you go to bed, "Law of Attraction" will help you get them), DREAMING is using your POWER of IMAGINATION, -then Small did her job taking care of her children, and when the kids are grown up, she needs to extend her way of serving and helping others and still being herself... she explored and prayed, even thought of becoming a congress woman, but that's not who she is, it's not natural to her, there's nothing wrong of dreaming to be a donya or mayaman as long as you share your blessings and hindi ka madamot, because it will defeat the purpose of helping pag madamot ka - you will enjoy your yaman when you share it and blessings keeps coming more to you when you share (it becomes biblical)... it's unlimited... kaya ang mga mayayaman sa U.S. may charity or foundation (prayer helps because you talk to God and to yourself, you pray through your heart and you listen to your heart because that's where God speaks to you) that's why Small is living a fulfilling life...). Pag na depress ka and you need a quick fix, look for anyone you can help, so your mind won't focus to your depression. Your heart will be delighted :) Remember, our mind is very powerful, so you have to guard it, you only let positive thoughts dwell in it.
