the effects work clip by clip, i assume it's by muscle memory so you don't have to apply the effect to each clip indivitualy, in this case it's unecessary

The problem I have with making the project 60 fps is that it JUST SPEEDS UP WHATEVER VID I PUT IN is there a solution for this problem

To be honest i don't really know how to fix that. I havn't had that problem before.

60fps is going to play 60 frames every second, If it was 30fps and you wanted to make a hand wave left and right each second then a keyframe would go each 30 frames, 60 you need to have the keyframes further apart because now a second is 60 frames, I’m new to this to and had to Re do a blender animation because of this.

If you have a faster frame rate it's ofc going to play more frames per second so if theres a limited amount of frames in a vid that video is going to be faster and way smoother
