Hey Sifu, I really want to thank you for giving me the great insight on how to manipulate my mental energy. I'm advanced in meditation and began the routine of creating the energy ball, and focusing my eyes and my mental energy into my hands. Amazing, I had goosebumps and vibrating energy wherever I looked. My elbow hairs stood on end when I looked at it. Incredible. So I began to mess around with some telekenisis for the first time, and I sincerely felt as if I could pass my energy into something else. So I set up an index card folded into a v shape the long way and stood it on its tall end. I stood away away 3 feet, and began to channel the energy into the ball between my hands, and also was performing deep breathing exercises as always; but this time I did something different. I held my chi ball in front of my solar plexus, and in my mind I repeated....i am increasing the energy in the ball between my hands. It began to grow, and i could feel my hands pushing apart and the ball is getting bigger. I am breathing and growing, and standing in good posture with my eyes closed. In my mind I am focusing on the index card, and all of a sudden I hear; a snap sound. THE CARD HAS FALLEN. I couldn't believe it, I felt almost in shock and joy at the same time. Incredible wonder discovery of the mind and soul. I began to get somewhat emotional and my eyes began tearing up for some unexplained reason. I picked up the card, got back into my breathing and I tried again. I had the ball, and the same as before I felt it grow in front of my plexus, and I concentrated but to no avail. Everything you say is true. I am able to turn a book page with just my mind. At least that is what I tell others. Yes the energy comes from mind but the energy beam I use is from or through my eyes. im almost triggered aswell, i tested this stuff 3 years ago and within a month of trying it, i already knew what he said throughout the entire video, but the reason im almost triggered is them comments.... like hippies pretending they have been doing it for a long time but have proven for me they havnt, spare me your wrath my triggeredness went towards you;]
