Thanks again Camirra for a delicious, company pleasing recipe! I goofed and realized that I had pineapple tidbits and not the crushed pineapple. So I drained the tidbits and put them in the blender, and pressed them again to get out the last of the juice. That seemed to work just fine. I loaded all the batter into our bundt pan, but looks like I'll have to get a bigger pan next time as a bit spilled over in the oven. Thanks for the tip for turning out the cake after ten minutes, that went well. All enjoyed the cake and glad we have some left over :)

I have been craving a pineapple upside down cake for a couple of years maybe a few. We ran into our daughter at the store she says Dad they have pineapple upside down cake. When I have to drain pineapple, I use a saucer on top with a 28 oz tomato can on the saucer while I'm doing prep. Some flours are heavier too. Thanks again!
