🌸 That’s a great way of encouraging oneself to stay consistent and not give up It’s so true, things do pass & it does get better. Thank you for sharing One thing I’ve always noticed after a really difficult time in my life, once I find a resolution & it’s all resolved I say to myself, why didn’t I do that earlier. Things always seem daunting at first & we talk ourselves out of achieving certain things, sometimes before we even try. I’ve learned to just jump in and go for it, learning along the way. Just like getting into a body of water, it’s no longer cold once you get fully immersed lol. My mom used to tell me with everything in life, just jump right in & don’t think of any obstacles just see never ending possibilities. It worked every time 🤗✨

I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I'm in my 30s now and so many realizations have come to me naturally . One is how much I've held myself back from so much because of self-sabotage essentially because I didn't think I deserved success or showcasing my talents and abilities 🙁. I used to say oh I hate attention, I don't need attention and literally let everyone else have it or include them in my work even though it was my idea, or usher them to be front and center in a dance class or something. I realize it's because I don't think I DESERVE attention, big difference there. I'd at the same time have resentment for those who seek attention and have such confidence despite their mediocrity (not being petty but we all know that often times those who shove themselves into the spotlight or to the top aren't necessarily always the best at it, they just have more self-belief, ambition or arrogance). Procrastination and not looking into things or taking action to do things is also self-sabotage. Doing things that would use my talents, my creativity and intuitiveness more that would clearly bring me more joy and make me feel more alive. But then I fizzle out and I do nothing and just continue on in my unstimulating 9 to 5 job. Literally the feeling of being stuck and disappointed in myself for not aiming higher to where my spirit wants to be is the worst feeling, it's a vicious cycle😞.

i understand your feelings, ive been through a simmliler situation, i coould not finish work assigment, my grades which could easliy get to100 were droping lower than ever, i avoid doing things due to anxiety ,new appratonities to meet friens, suck, although i dont know exactly what you going through i hope it could help: it is hard when you know your have a great abilities, wasted potential and just anxiety stopping you, doubting yourself, despite the fact that you know who you are and you are aware about your fears, however i know that it is a form of protection as you explained, but i relized that i have to let go, bc I want to live my life fully i fully know that i know that i hold the power to change this self doubt, to finally being able to express myself without worring, hugging yourself tightly, being aware is half way there , even more than this, and knowing yout worth is one of the greatest skill you can manage, know that youve got everything in your power to be happy, WHO YOU ARE, what define you is not your doubts you are not your fears, but it is sticking up to your belifs, your value and what makes you happy, although it is scary to let go of those thoughts who makes you feel , it is even more better to let go and trust yourself, letting yourself do what you desire with no stress nor fear, i know it ight seem easier said than donme, but no matter what situation you have gotten yourself in, , all the self doubt it all doesnt matter, what truly is how you wanna live, the things you passionate about, you can turn every thing in a second , just let go of what makes yopu feel anxious, hugg yourslf tightly, understand , and let go, focus on doing you , man im with u too, you are not alone. you can and will, dont give up on yourself, just follow your gut and don't ignore your needs and belifs. you know who you are and what you can manage to achive , life is so much more meaningful, so i am proud and i suport u., ,tbh as an empath too, with that you become stronger , ive gained matureity and wisdom, ive changed into a different person, although im still on a journey, but the journey to become the best of you and learn, never ends but be happier now, it is what the most importent things to me, do what u love and get to show yourself how much ypu could be u and do what you best at, what u llove improve. living for myself and not pleasing anyone, not givving a damn about othgers opinion, moving on from toxic realtionships , understanding that i make my own choices, i can do anything with my will, i know my worth, it is a gift having this mindset bc you only doing what makes you happy , who i am is the most important things, other ppl and what i assume they are thinking of me, their problems and anger is theirs not mine and has nothing to do with me, i will stand to my belifs. once you understand that your value being put in the first place, after figuring out why youre feelings in a ceirtain way , understand but sticking to your values. it is important for me that you will read this, youve got this, i hope you are doing ok, i wish you yo hsave an amazing day/night!

Wow I just heard you say that if you believe you are broken and ashamed that it’ll make you strive for perfectionism to cover up your shame and self-soabotage before success as you cannot accept an alternative, no -shame identity… powerful!

Yo! I really hope that finally I can get out of this, like every time I’m having a good time the shoe drops and I fucked up. Watching all of these videos is making me realize that I never had all of these issues and I was just researching most of these because people always labeled me with these issues. It was them projecting themself onto me. I do value myself but because I think differently than what society says about things and I'm willing to tell my perspective people love to go against me rather than being grown and understanding that everyone is different and that difference is on a spectrum. If you're an anomaly surrounded by average thinkers these average thinkers will do anything they can to make you feel bad about yourself like them.

I have kids I cant. This really isn't gonna make me money. " and I been doing this in my marriage the whole time and its crumbling... I feel so fucked up mentally now that I know and exhauste myself and treat myself like shit and put so much pressure on my self that I'm never good enough. As soon as you mentioned the energy dynamic of self sabotage in the tennis players' experience , I recalled a dream I had a few weeks ago where I was running out in a wide desert with a bunch of people , but we were all running on our own towards a cliff. I was running and running and jumped off the cliff over a trench , onto the platform of another cliff. All of a sudden I'm running again, with more intensity and swiftness; I'm running so quickly and swiftly that I'm now running with one leg ; it's just that easy. So much confidence and ease. Then I get to the edge of the platform of the cliff And I choke. I jumped but the confidence in my ability to easily reach the other platform on the cliff below had completely drained away from my mind. I would've plummeted down but there were others who stopped at the edge who reached out and grabbed me before I could plummet down. Others flew by me landing on the other cliff I saw others jump but with not enough resolution or confidence ; they choked like I did. And others who just stopped at the edge of the cliff because they knew the did not have assurance.

Growing up that is all my mother kept telling me is that it is important what other people think. I have struggled with changing this for the past 6 years. I will keep trying but it is hard when it is a childhood wound. Only I didn’t realize that until later in life.

Thank you so much for all your content Aaron. I’ve decided to leave my job as an accountant and pursue a career as a self help author and spiritual life coach. I uploaded my first video that is the basis of my awakening, my coming out story. Through suffering I found enlightenment. Your teachings helped me through all of it. Thank you!

This hit me right in my core. i have a big issue with loving myself. always have and im trying so hard to find myself. I didnt have the best childhood and realise a lot of the sadness from when i was young has carried on throughout my life. ive been a fuck up my whole life and everything in my path always turns to 💩 and it drives me further and further into this pit. Ive had such dark thoughts this last year and been so close 😔 i really need too change my life now and these videos are really helping me, thanks Aaron!
