Fun fact: In bedrock edition, the pearls in that chest were accidentally replaced with an unused item called the “glow stick” for some time. I was able to get some before it got patched 😂

The KZbinr thejocraft invented a mechanism that let you teleport back whenever you want just by reconnecting (I think that should also work on singleplayer worlds if it's build in the spawnchunks)

The thing that makes enderpearls op for traveling is that when you throw a pear when accelerating with a riptide trident you can practically travel with a speed similar to elytra (at least when it's raining)

when its raining and you use a riptide trident you travel faster than elytra already... no pearls needed lol, when it rains sometimes ill go about 15 - 20k~ blocks away in less than 5 minutes during the rain on a realm, you just keep throwing the trident in the air repeatedly, just dont go too high or too low, too high is snow and you cant throw in snow, and too low... well, ive busted a few totems lmao XD

i just wish we could carry stacks of 64 instead of just 16 pearls around, would be more convenient ... i LOVE that stasis chamber!! sometimes i go on trips when it rains outside with my trident, since it only takes like 5 minutes in a rain storm to travel 15k+ blocks away with riptide, but then sometimes it wont rain so i can come back home after filling my shulkers full of goodies lmao. would be awesome to just ask a friend to flip a trap door at my house to bring me home! thats awesome :)

I use enderpearls all the time. They're amazing for short distance movement. Such as when I'm working on a new build and I need something from a chest a little ways away. Instead of walking or using my elytra I can throw a pearl real quick and then throw a pearl again back to where I was. I also use them for getting on top of builds and escaping dangerous situations.

Ah but you didnt mention the most wild use of Ender Pearls. Teleporting another player. Granted it takes a month, but its still possible. Throw your pearl into an unloaded chunk. Now change your minecraft name via mojang. In 30 days your name will become available for others to use. Let your friend change their name to yours, then both of you load into the game. When you go into that unloaded chunk and let the pearl hit, your friend will teleport.

Another note. In bedrock edition you can get a cleric to sell ender pearls for 1 emerald making it a pretty easy way to get them.

I saw someone put a daylight detector to ender pearl elevator so that it returns them to their base when it's night time. This can also be used as a teleportation at will method but depending on the distance it will need lots of redstone wiring. Is there a no mods, no cheats teleportation for long distances in Minecraft survival yet barring the nether portal trick? I built a slime farm watching your video but the closest swamp biome is 2 kilometres away from my base. I've been using creative mode tp but it'd be nice if there is a way other than nether portal. I built nether portals for this purpose before as well. Just curious if there is something else.

I'm not sure what you mean by a minecraft time week, but the former would certainly be possible although it would need to be loaded, I guess. By minecraft week, do you mean a chain of 7 days and nights? If so then that'd be possible using the daylight sensor to power a dispenser with 7 items in with a comparator to read the contents - once emptied the comparator reading the dispenser would stop producing a signal and if you output that to an observer to notice the redstone signal turning off, then the observer could activate the stasis chamber. Again, I guess this would also need to be loaded

Speaking of stasis chambers, I was wondering if it could potentially yank me out of, for example, The End into the overworld, which would allow me to swipe the Elytra and leave The End without even disturbing the dragon (the owner of the realm I'm in asked me not to kill it but Elytra has became essential for far-away travels across thousands of blocks)

The tnt cannon could also save the pearl until another player wanders into those chunks. Making for a great ambush point.

There is 1 more place where you can hunt for enderman to get enderpearls other than the end (or the few chance encounters on the overworld for that matter) and that is in the warped forest biome in the nether

They also damage entities when hit with them. This makes it dangerous to use around neutral mobs like the zombified piglins!

I farm endermen in the nether? Warped Forests are great for them and you can easily find a place where it borders a biome with Piglins so you can trade at the same time.

Are Minecraft physics different than IRL? (Dumb question I know) Projectile motion IRL-45 degrees is optimal for distance so that’s why I’m curious

The emerald trade is the easiest to do. You can get glass, paper, carrots, beats, wool, leather etc all at the same time and within like an 1.5 hours of trading/farming you can easily get a few stacks of ender pearls. Just requires 2 clerics and some farms. I always thought mining gold and hoping for piglin trades was too cumbersome.

I thought that having the same type of protection on two pieces of armor does not stack? So when you equipped a full set of protection armor somewhere around the 4 minute mark it only counted the one piece, which is why it reduced the same.

1 point worth bringing up - not sure if it's bedrock only but the other day I thought it would be a good idea to throw an ender pearl while flying about 100 blocks above the ground with an elytra, I thought it would be a good way to land quickly... I died. If you do this it gives you huge damage and I'm not sure why...?

My guess is that the ender pearl didnt cancel the elytra flight so on top of the ender pearl damage you got the collision damage from the elytra.

U forgot that it is Possible to Pearl to a flat wall and Glitch into the wall which makes U Not Fall down. This works about 50% of the time and U need to Sneak in Order for it to Work.
