@@Rickys_working omg I in the same situation I have 2014 Hyundai sontana I was paying car note on time had 8k left to pay and engine went bad .. so I took it to the dealership I had 3 recalls on the car they refused to do the recalls… so I had call the bank to get it voluntarily repossessed… I told them the car is still at the dealership … I just purchase another car because I need a car I live and Georgia and I have to work.. so my friend said do chapter 7 bankruptcy.. so i just learned that my FFEL loans are not infact Federal loans but commercial/private loans. the entire notion that bankruptcy will not get rid of commerical loans should not apply to these loans if they are infact commercial classified. i am definitely going to look into bankruptcy proceedings if this is the case.
