I've never missed a shot in basketball since I started playing. From 3 point lane to free throw and lays up and fade aways. The ball always went in. 100% shooting capability. My secret training? 5 times a day wanking left and right 15 minutes per hand.

isometrics isn't pulling to you its remaining steady. For instance wall sits are isometrics, theres two main kinds, one is where you are doing a movement against an unmoveable object pretty much, another Is where you have to stabilize it in order to stay steady- like wall sits, chinup holds and so on. Chin-ups and dips are a form of calesthenics (essentially body weight exercises)

Michael Bonhomme You can’t gain weight doing those type of runs all the time. That’s why his teams aren’t strong. It’s probably why they’re able to play so fast for so long though
