I am just starting an online paralegal certificate course and have been devoring your videos (albeit out of order). Your advise and candid statements about how much I still need to know and learn outside of the course has been a game changer for me. I am in this for the long haul and want to learn everything I can. Great presentation! I am not familiar with the act and want to ensure that I understand the acronym you mentioned. The HiTECH Act referred to in the presentation relates to health information technology, right?

Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act. Enacted as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The HITECH Act encouraged healthcare providers to adopt electronic health records and improve privacy and security protections for healthcare data.
