Vylana and I have been on a quest to unlock the full potential of our sexual expression. On this unabashedly vulnerable podcast, we talk about everything. The truth is that most of us, including Vylana and I had exiled certain aspects of our sexuality. But in doing so, we deny ourselves the birthright to fully engage with life and connect to the divine. In this special bonus episode, we offer an opportunity to explore the inner workings of our intimate relationship. Be sure to check out the release of Vylana’s new single “Out Of Exile”, which explores her own autobiographical journey to reclaim her sexual sovereignty.

We really shouldn't sleep with random strangers we know nothing about, their energies, their traumas etc get entangled with ours. Especially for a woman it wreaks havoc on her hormones and spiritual body. It's got nothing to do with shame, it's more about what's good/bad for us. Besides, shame isn't always bad, it keeps us from committing the same mistakes, i believe. Please don't give yourself away to anyone and everyone who doesn't deserve it ladies, you're precious! 💖💖 Much love

In David Hawkins "Letting Go" in the chapter on sex, he chronicles how many couples report a transformation in sexual/relational experiences, were it just keeps getting better and better, as their hangs ups fall away. Experiencing orgasms which are not in your organ, but now in the whole body, then in the entire room, then further expanding into the universe. Thanks Aubrey and Vylana for exploring this taboo subject, as we all search for more experiences of the Divine, the deepest of our soul's desires.

My husband and I have that together. Part of me almost always leaves my body. It's not scary, it's ecstasy. Seriously. Words fail. The things I see, experience. Places I see. The waterfalls I fly through during an orgasm. It's bliss. My orgasms are much more than just the crotch. My whole body, through my crown. It's other worldly..

She doesn’t come off as honest when she says, I don’t mind watching you with another woman “even if it’s not with me.” Every Goddess only wants his eyes on her, not her and other women. Her words sound dead like she is trying to convince herself that it’s ok. Maybe she is just lying to herself, but you could feel her hurt despite her words. Aubrey has not outgrown his poly-amoury ways, if he convinced his monogamist wife that this is good for her. Aubrey’s look on his face is like he got his cake (monogamist wife) and other women, his dream all along since sharing his woman was what was hard for him. The way they talk is like a cult trying to justify their distorted ways, but the eyes don’t lie, the Soul doesn’t lie, this relationship feels fragile and not sacred, using the word “sacred” to justify distortion. Both of them have a lot more growing to do. More maturity and truth from both of them is needed, it will be interesting to see the evolution or inevitable breakup when truth is recognized.

Agree with y’all. I’ve been fan of him for years but it’s kind of messed up that he got out of a mutual poly relationship bc he couldn’t handle his woman being in love with another dude so now he found a woman that wants to have sex with him only yet chooses to remain poly himself. That just doesn’t resonate with me any way you try to put it. You can’t shine a turd. Needless to say I am happy in my mutual monogamous relationship and I don’t need any one’s advice on sex, even if I once looked up to them and the company they represented.

I felt this too....I was actually heart broken at the end of this video...I've listened to aubrey every week for a long time...but it seems that she has to "overcome" her insecurities, but he is QUICK to say "but THANK GOD she doesn't want a man in our relationship". I listened to this while driving and felt her vibration and came on here to see her eyes...I don't think I need to mention anything else other than seeing and hearing her absent spark when she talks about watching (she entered this union with the understanding he wanted to be monogamist, but possibly manipulated to "facing her fears")....my heart goes out to her and aubrey both... Aubrey, are you moving forward? or are you bringing vylana into your past indulgence?

I had a relationship with a divine man for 5 years. We cultivated incredible trust and sensuality and became tantric lovers. We immersed in what we called "a bubble of joy." Fully present!! Our sexual life got better and better because of our trust and surrender to one another. Because we loved one another deeply is what made that depth of healing and feeling possible. Perfect fit and sensuality. Years later we reconnected and it was the same way. A divine love memory for the ages! Seek to experience that emotional sexual depth again. Most men I find are all in their mental heads and keep their emotions in check! I find it superficial.

This podcast definitely left me feeling perplexed and kinda of confused. When she explains “him invited other women” into their container. She entire body language tells me she is not pleased with it. But it sounds like she wanted to overcome her jealous and convince herself she likes it. But there are many ways to overcome jealous without breaking the trust building bond. And it sounds like he is the one inviting so it’s a one sided interest. With something soooo intimate i don’t know someone can be invited with one sided interest. It be a different story if she is also interested in inviting the same person. And so interesting her lyrics says “my flower opens to your devotion” but one sided open relationship doesn’t feel like devotion for me. Devotion is 100% from both sides. As much as I love Aubrey’s podcast and want he has been birthing into the world. This reminds me of spiritual gaslighting and emotional bypassing honestly. 😢 Wishing love, strength and clarity to both of them (and all of us really, on the subject).

As a woman, I have to say I think she's being psychologically abused. Her traumas about being cheated on being thrust in her face and she's made to feel shame for being triggered. You can tell he has brainwashed her to believe that "as long you're there" or, "as long as I go home with you," that it's ok. She is shaking inside because she wants to be with a partner who ONLY wants to be with her. The way SHE feels. This power differential spells ABUSE.

I don’t think she’s being abused, my opinion is that she’s delusional and think this is the only way she “can have her man to herself “ by feeling like she’s the one allowing it to happen. Like since she’s there and watching she is kinda participating so it’s not cheating because he has her permission and that’s sad. Because they talk a lot about reciprocity but even he admitted he was happy she didn’t want to engage with other men so he knows damn well that’s f*cked up. I was flabbergasted listening to this podcast because of course they love each other but I realized you can see people online fantasize about their relationship only to find what they have to do in order to be together. If that works for them cool but that’s not near my ideal of a relationship

I was so uncomfortable watching this conversation. What it seems to me is what often happens, an incredible woman who has suffered trauma in relationships, becoming insecure and incorporating a role that doesn't speak to her heart. As if she was trying to convince herself of this story. I'm not an expert in body language, but I know some things and despite the smile, the micro gestures show that she herself doesn't believe what she's saying, but tries to convince herself otherwise. And all those dry swallows just show how nervous and uncomfortable she is talking about him having sex with other women in front of her. People who are more awake know that sacred union and sacred sex is very different from the ego's pursuit of pleasure. In addition to reaching a high level of sexual alchemy, it is within a monogamous relationship, so as not to mix harmful energies that come from other people outside that relationship. This talk of lust being sold as love to me is a way of deceiving yourself to justify these attitudes driven by selfishness, self-centeredness and materialism. Unfortunately it seems to me that she is speaking the words he wants to hear in a desperate way to try to hold him back, falling into the same pattern of previous relationships as she mentioned, in which she used persuasive methods to get the person to stay through sex. It's the same pattern repeating itself at another pole. I also feel that there is a lack of emotional responsibility and empathy on Aubrey's part, because if I knew that my partner had all these pains I would not put him in this situation, it seems to me like manipulation (she is afraid of losing me, so I abuse it, I make her go through this situation and then I reward her by coming home with her and saying how my admiration and attraction for her is bigger), but all coins have two sides and I think incorporating the goddess is very connected to respecting your own beliefs, limitations and learning to say NO to what is not acceptable for you. Whether this is a reason for separation or not, but live your truth above all else. I honestly think that one day she will meet a man present in his healed masculine who will want to be devoted to her as a monotheist hahaha and then Aubrey will be in trouble.

Beautiful and opening share. But it does feel a bit bypassing to call what you all are doing "monogamy". Sex with multiple female partners is something else. It is also not surprising that she doesn't take a male other partner : as ultimately this is transgressing her commitment to her man - and keeps herself safe. Au may say he is supportive - which is very different from actually witnessing his wife with another partner - which could raise an energy of violence. The dynamic they maintain is the same old same old dynamic from days of old - men free to fuck multiple women - and women are restrained - ultimately by a deep need for safety and need not to anger their mate. He is getting whatever he wants. She is rich and kept beautifully. Let's be real. Beautiful people. I am not against this dynamic. But it is not new or fresh. It is THE age old dynamic between rich and powerful men and their gorgeous powerful and kept women.

Despite what she said about enjoying his pleasure as the voyuer, it still makes my heart sad that knowing her past, she has still watched him be with other women within their marriage when she clearly does not share the same desire. I cant help but feel there is still some pain in this, despite her lack of outward expression of it. It just hit my heart on a different level. If I was in that situation with them (not saying I would be) then my focus would be on trying to provide her with the greatest pleasure imaginable. She did not really want to talk about that specific topic before Aubrey basically made the decision for them, she said "oh i guess we're talking about this". Thank you for expressing it, is beautiful. In my experience, I have had partners express to me that they would find pleasure in seeing me with another woman. We never took action, probably because of the complexity it would bring to the relationship and the map that was missing to navigate those waters. It always remained in the realm of a fantasy/permission that was given and for me it was like receiving a sacred gift from a goddess. I treasured it and kept it safe within my heart. Hearing Vylana talk about it in that section and seeing her perspective has brought back those moments that to me at the time felt divine. So now I wonder If that expression comes from sacred love in a safe container with a truly special person and is an aspect of the divine feminine.

Sex creates soul ties, and people don't realize the aftermath and direct toll it will take on a person. When 2 bodies are meshed together as one, it affects people MUCH MORE than just on a physical level, and even an emotional /psychological level. But a spiritual level as well. And that's the main reason people need to avoid sexual encounters with strangers, as you don't know anything about their spiritual and emotional energies and past traumas that they carry with them, which can have the most dangerously devastating impact, affecting and taking a huge toll that can crush someone's Soul spiritually.

Im a big fan of Aubrey, love his podcasts and how he thinks. However, Im surprised by him including another woman in his sex life after all of the posts about his own insecurity and jealousy when he was in a polygamous relationship. I don’t understand how you can call it a scared union or call a woman your goddess if she isn’t your only woman. I feel like those words lost their meaning. When I think of true love I think of an old couple enjoying each others presence, not the couple who constantly talks about how special, unique and magical their relationship is. I guess my point is, words can also be a cover. Every woman I’ve ever seen who has a polygamous boyfriend or husband looks sad inside.

There's a statistic that something like 90% of poly relationships don't last and I definitely believe that. I have a friend who is poly and yes, she's open to more than one person but she's never happy truly. She goes through some dark places and theres a lot off work to be done that a partner or partners could never fix.

You guys being so open, it will make you successful in how ever you choose to live. When I was younger, this always ended up hurting people when they tried it. I agree submission is crucial for a healthy relationship and sexual connection. We tend to confuse the conscious state of submission with dominance. It is not safe to submit to someone who is influenced by power and dominance because then that person will abuse and take more. But like she says it has to start with knowing that the person is trustworthy through there actions and the way to tell is by living in integrity. With Integrity truth is all and you are less likely to deceive yourself and fall for an illusion. Your Integrity identifies integrity in others. When you find someone you can trust, who sees all of you and honors it , mmm just the act of submitting feels sooo good, the sex is extra 😊

I was very interested in this episode, and especially loved Vylanas singing. The whole time I couldn’t shake off the fact that he doesn’t treat her with as much respect as his other guests. Then, when Aubrey initiated the whole “soft edge monogamy” conversation, this whole thing just fell apart. I am definitely someone biased towards monogamy, but so I’m not surprised I feel like this. However, after he himself talks about how he had too much jealousy and making jokes about “your sweetheart getting an ass-fucking” then turns around to get Vylana to admit he’s in a non-monogamous relationship is just too much contradiction. What happened to the idea that the flying bird has both patriarchal and matriarchal wings? Yin Yang? I am at such a loss. What the hell.

I am glad that Vylana does say that she has checked in with herself to figure out whether or not she wants to bring a man into their “container”. Cool, as long as she’s genuine about it, the way Aubrey reacts to her not wanting it as well definitely brings in the thought that he couldn’t handle it if she did want that. Maybe he knows she never will want it, so he gets what he wants, and never has to face the fear and negativity of being jealous. In the end, all the love to Vylana, as she definitely seems to be the disadvantaged one in this dynamic.

That ability reminds me of the koan: "A senior monk and a junior monk were traveling together. At one point, they came to a river with a strong current. As the monks were preparing to cross the river, they saw a young and beautiful woman also attempting to cross. The young woman asked if they could help her cross to the other side. The two monks glanced at one another because they had taken vows not to touch a woman. Then, without a word, the older monk picked up the woman, carried her across the river, placed her gently on the other side. The younger monk couldn’t believe what had just happened... Finally the younger monk blurted out: “As monks, we are not permitted to touch a woman, how could you then carry that woman on your shoulders?” The older monk looked at him and replied, “Brother, I set her down on the other side of the river, why are you still carrying her?”

I really appreciate Aubrey’s work and his interviewing skills. But I feel like he’s done it again. Similar situation with his ex Caitlyn, Whitney and now his wife. I also love how all of the women didn’t like the idea at the begging and then agreed later that that’s basically so good for them and their relationship. Each to their own but body language and micro expressions don’t lie. I really thought he finally got it with vylana, when he was talking about how polyamory is like communism. That, it’s a great concept but never works. They do the same thing now again, just named it differently. I am not against polyamory, or any other concept. Just find it interesting watching him go through realisations and then “changing “ but at the end going back to his own ways just calling it a different way. How is it possible that all of these women changed their opinions when being with him.

Sorry but the truth is that this is psychologically very one-sided. At around the 49 minute mark, he admits that he is "secretly happy" - which is also a form of dishonesty since saying it out loud lets her know exactly how he really feels - that he would not like her being with another man. So she honestly wants him to have his fantasy but he honestly would be disappointed if she had hers if it was to be with another man. That is manipulative.

What is going on today is more sense gratification, in ego, than the actual art of merging together as two unites within the one. Tantra is to unite the + and - to which the energy propells upwards and can bring revelations and tranformations. Sense gratification, is to simply desire for the I, and sorry that say it, many people are in that, just like drinking, drugs, and alike. To fine tune the sexual art requires mastery and transendence of the ego. In men, the semen is the potential energy souce for higher states of energy. It should not be wasted, that is to say one can have orgasm, without ejaculation.

This left me feeling quite a bit perplexed and feeling uneasy, and at the same time so glad for the bravery and deep vulnerability to explore this in depth. I am a fan of this podcast/vlog and watch pretty regularly. I've always been a little concerned and confused about Aubrey's understanding and rejection of polyamory and now I have more clarity. I think there is a major self delusion or misunderstanding going on if one thinks they are monogamous but still have sex with multiple partners. No judgement or anything but it isn't monogamy or even serial monogamy if you have sexual activity/relations with others while in a committed loving relationship. That is non-monogamy or polyamory. Of course there are many many different variations of how polyamory/non-monogamy manifest and take form. Unfortunately or fortunately what this confessional podcast exhibits is some very real fears and power dynamics that have a long long way to go in our species. Particularly regarding a subconscious continuum of romantic love as possessive for or source of "security" for both sexes. Also revealing is the dichotomy of acceptance for female bisexuality and deep disapproval or taboo of male bisexuality. I honestly mean no harm or judgement in sharing these thoughts as I feel myself caught in a similar paradox of uncertainty about what responsible non-monogamy looks like, my own desire to protect or exclude "my sweetheart" from others, my sexual attraction to the same sex and agreement about the potential pain and suffering associated with being in a non-monogamous relationship where one isn't feeling compersion. Thinking about situations where couples and throuples and all other sorts of polyamorous expression are truly experiencing feelings of compersion, I wonder if this possibility for humans is something we should all strive toward or maybe it's something that can only be a fantasy. I 'd like to know what the "Dragon" thinks of all this! To Aubrey and Vylana I wish you the best and thank you for this sharing of deeply vulnerable and personal parts of your relationship. It is so terrifying to delve into our shadows and share them outwardly, but I see how there is so much to be gained from this world and only by doing so can we begin to unravel this great story of the evolution of our consciousness as humans in this time and where we are going with our sexuality and power dynamics in particular. Thank you! ✨💐💚✨💐✨🌺🌀✨🌀✨🔥🔥🌟🫂🍄🌳🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

I think in both of their cases they are self delusional. He is delusional when he thinks he’s still monogamous after having sexual relationships with other women while being in a committed marriage, that’s clearly the opposite of monogamy. And she is delusional thinking she is okay with that happening when it’s just a consequence of her trauma of being cheated on again and again so that she started feeling like the only way for her to be secure in a relationship is by giving him the permission to have sex with other women and because she gave permission and she is there with him it’s somehow still a monogamous marriage and he’s not cheating. But it’s not even polyamory because she is not participating, it’s a normalized cheating situation. What I find quite concerning is the fact that he recognizes that he would not be okay with her being “fucked” by another man and he is relieved she isn’t into it . That means he knows very well that’s not okay to have relationships with another one but still enjoy doing it like wtf. At the end of the day I think this is only going on because there’s no reciprocity as soon as she will do it too they gonna split because he would never be okay with that. He either knows she is willing to do this because of her traumatic past or he is unaware of the hurt that is causing her to share him like this and the inner building hurt resulting from this. At least in polyamory relationships everyone involved get a piece of the cake. This isn’t sacred in anyway, it’s either a cult or madness

In my opinion Vylana seems to come from a traumatized mindset...she says she is used to relationships in which she is multiple cheated upon and betrayed....it seems to me that she is desperate to keep Marcus in the relationship where he has displayed a tendency and desire to polyamory...it is her traumatized reaction to a perceived potential loss or abandonment...
