Actually if you look at the covers for the radio musicals shown in the vid, you'll see that the guy who made the movie Olaf Franke, is on all the covers along with Tim Thomas, so yes the movie was made by the guy who originally made Strawinsky.

TIL this movie was basically "Resident Evil" for sheltered Christian kids with books in place of the T-virus and the Christ-allegory reskinned with the "Great Harlot of Babylon" (Scarlet Queen) from the Book of Revelation (No, really. Usually whenever imagery of a woman in red is used in Christian stories and culture it is a symbol for the evil temptations of the world outside the church, but in this movie the woman in red is the Christ-allegory, which is super-weird).
