Howdy. Today we will take the deepest dive I have yet seen on The Payseur Family of the Carolinas in America. Many myths, legends, and theories have been proposed over the years regarding this seemingly forgotten family, and yet, studying genealogical records we can see The Payseurs did in fact exist. We will dive into the myths surrounding this family. This video is for entertainment purposes.
We will look into the true history, the members of the Peyseurs that can be verified, while also entertaining outlandish claims regarding The Peyseur Family, Leroy Springs, Louis The Seventeenth (the boy King of France), and eventually this theory even reaches towards the highest office of America. You won’t find some of the info on Count Richard von Coudenhove Kalergi and his 1923 book about integrating Europe, aka Eurozone. They cleaned it up from what is going on 100 years later. He wanted everyone to be brown, as he said whites were too violent and hard to manage. He was bi- racial , being of Austrian and Japanese descent . It seems integration went a bit too far, as segregation is still in the game, and only getting worse, paid for with a very large purse.

Life long enemies of the Haida people until small pox hit both their people in the 1800's. What is interesting is her Band/Tribe is the double headed eagle which is often displayed in the form of tattoos on the men. Especially the Haida. This raises some interesting points. Where did tattooing come from or did they developed it on their own? If these king types were investing in the reconditioning of fortresses then it would go to figure that they would be the very buildings we see being repurposed and labeled as brand new. There is another name that might be similar to Paseur, Payment(Payament, Paiement) a french name that has apparently died out in France. I dont know if they are related to the Payer family, Payers come from Payen, Hugue de Payens the founder of the Knights Templar. I heard about this family only like 1 time before which was like 6 years ago. I think you missed a bank in Chicago they owned but you covered most of it. It was my understanding that they owned the actual railroad tracks then leased them to the railroad tycoons. Amazing that there isn't more info about them even if hidden. I live in the Carolina’s and I can attest to much of the origin of your story. Paysuer or Paysor, think Payor. The railroads are surely part of the history of what began as Payseur with Leroy Springs being the manager of the cotton mills in NC and SC. The bank of NC became Bank of America. The families still live in this area and use the name Close. They own so much property and offer many as parks and other public use areas. I have many documents to show much of this but at 74 years old I remember much of this. My family worked in many of the cotton mill companies and lived in the town owned by the mills with the big house on the hill where the managers lived. They bought everything from the company store so eventually the company never lost any money. Many of the top officials lived in Chester SC which is still existing but it’s a sad decaying place with dark sad energy.

As of 1830 there were over 10,000 miles of railway in the North East alone. Notable because this is a full 30 years before there existed the technology, the Bessemer Process, to manufacture steel in such quantities. My paternal line is from Basel-Landschaft. The family is still politically active in Switzerland, but same deal, the historical record doesn't go back beyond the 16th century. My ancestor Jacob sailed out of Brussels in 1751 on HMS and set up in Maryland, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania. He was supposedly Catholic. Records exist of him with variations of the name. My grandfather was born on a crossroads two miles from Gettysburg in 1927, but he had a cousin that was very wealthy, heavily involved with oil, steel, telecom, etc. Mid 18th century, a managerial class emigrated from Europe to enslave free people in mines, forests, fields and factories. Jacob was one of them, no doubt in my mind. We threw them off then, but they didn't go away. They're ruthless, but they play the same old tricks. People are wise to it.

Just for kicks I decided to see what "Seur" from Payseur translates to in English. It means "secure" or "safe". So essentially "Pay Secure". In Latin it means "sure" or "certain/certainly".
