Can i ask personel question on dance , are we need to use our hamstring and hips i mean squeezing bcs my teachers say u need to squeeze your lower back and behind ur legs something like that but i dont understand correctly so is it true ? and if it true how can i do this :D

So when the lead told me to contract my biceps and push that was actually wrong ? 😅

Lol I'm struggling to think of a case where it's necessary to think about contracting your biceps. When you do an open break (similar situation to the exercise at 2:29, sure, there's some tension but you def don't need to consciously think of flexing anything. -robin
