Xtort Gaming I've been there, just scrape your ankle in the kickflipin pocket for 2 sessions and make sure to lean back and be conscious of your shoulders. Don't feel like it's impossible, I felt like that and it only delayed the learning curve. You definitely can do it, just keep at practicing badly and you'll get it. Hint.. try to over compensate and double flip, that way a single flip will be easier to learn, don't try to land double flip just Ollie and throw your ankle in the kickflip pocket really hard. Then later on work on technique and go for a single flip. Make sure you backfoot goes basically just as high as your front foot. You can't kickflip with one leg. You'll get it. If u can heelflip and 180 and Shuv it you got it. I actually learned a varial flip on a carpet w/ trucks btw, before I learned kickflip. It took a long ass time to straighten the flip. Try a varial on a carpet or grass or something. If you've got decent pop shuvits that is. Also ollying straightr and straighter helps you with kickflips. Maybe even try to Ollie up a high curb. Ittle give your legs strength and make it easier to land flip tricks. This stuff takes a lot and if you learn it right u can do it. Tbh Arron sucks as explaining how to do tricks. Especially to kids because they have no idea what it takes. I get that he's just trying to get them into it but like, they can't just half ass it. You just can't. Evaluate where u are physically and practice.

Just be yourself, people like the old braille cause Arron was a more down to earth persona. Now he's like given up and is pushing is missing statement for the sake of revenue and puting his investment in the braille house to good use. I put on whole events where I personally teach anyone I can to learn a new trick. Braille is not about me it's about you. Get out there on your board and learn to skate! It's not about being the next best skater that's not what it's about to me at all. Never has been and never will be. I appreciate you and respect your point of view but just make sure you think with the whole picture of what Braille has done and is trying to do in terms of pushing the sport.
