Just got tandorios, the 37mm and the 41mm, the 37 mm looks killer on a brown nato and fits very well in my small wrist.

I bought the 41mm to see if Incan pull it off on a 6.5" wrist. Not a perfect watch, but pretty damn good considering the price. Only the lume on the hands is utter crap, but that's about it.

I prefer the look of the Tandorio. I like that it doesn’t have the minute markers on the dial and only the bezel. The Seiko having minute markers on both the dial and bezel looks busy and frankly redundant.

They do 2 sizes, the 37mm, which you have, they also do a 41mm

(*Update - have adjusted the Tandorio and it is now only gaining 1.8secs a day (on wrist) , with a beat error of 0.1-0.2ms. I have also used it on a dive down to 80ft and worked in it for two weeks, and it is fine. So far, excellent buy.) I really like my SKX. But to be fair, the Tandorio comes with sapphire glass and a Seiko movement that hacks. The Tandorio is now also available with a NH36A movement (day and date) and has minute marks on the chapter ring. There is also a version with a titanium case, for a slightly higher cost. The Tandorio is a great alternative to the SKX. I use mine as a 'general daily' watch to preserve my SKX. Thanks for the video.

For me the modern trend to plus 40 mm watches is an abomination. Watches that size come across as crass and classless. The first Rolex sub was 37.5 mm across the dial which is perfect in my book taking into account the bezel. I have my dad's 36 mm Doxa which looks perfect on my 7" wrist. I applaud Tandorio for keeping their watch under 40.

I recently purchased the Tandorio 41mm, unbranded, on an AliEx 11.11 sale for only US$55. In addition, the "S" logo for $8 and a NATO strap for $5. The Tandorio caught my eye with its white mother-of-pearl dial, coupled with NH35A movement and quality materials like sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel, lumed applied indices + bezel-pip, and screw down unsigned crown. For only $68 total (including shipping), this modded SKX homage is a fantastic value.

The Tandorio has a sapphire crystal while the Seiko is proprietary mineral. There are rumors the Tandorio is NH35 copy, not sure no one has shown the movement on KZbin. Thanks for the review

Someone in youtube opened it. Forgot the chanel and he said it was a Licensed Copy. Basicaly an original. And the goodthing about NH35 is its cheap and easy to replace.

Its not copy. Its geniuine NH35 byt made by TMI for Seiko

I have 2 Tandorio field/pilot watches, and cracked them open to regulate. From factory they were already regulated better than my Invicta Pro-Divers, and I got them both within COSC when worn or on winder carousel. The calibres are made by TMI and run sweet.

My Tandorio 41mm SKX homage (unbranded) has an NH35A movement, which is from the Seiko Instruments factory in Malaysia named TMI.

I own a SKX007. It's a tank. By the afternoon, I'm feeling its weight and size. To me, it's not an every day watch. I've been looking at quartz divers bec they're thinner and lighter. I did buy this tandorio as a placeholder while i decide on a quartz diver. I like this tandorio. It's a perfect vintage size. It's thick, but not too thick. It gives it presence. Great quality and good looks. Awesome bezel. Don't worry about the lack of chapter ring. It only makes the watch dial busier. Perfect lug to lug. Tandorio makes a great watch.

I bought my SKX013 like 5 years ago for 180.- A great watch for a great price with some short comings. Today these go for more than 500.- which does not make sense to buy anymore. The Tandorio is a great little beater for 60.-, just ordered another one with the day/date complication

Getting tempted by the 41mm titanium version with a sterile dial, it's brand new, has a better Seiko movement than the original (hacking and hand winding, don't mind if I do), and is a very reasonable price compared to the gouging people do since the SKX was discontinued.

I 100% agree with you review. I did choose another bigger Tandorio model, which is much closer to the Seiko 5 Sports in design and quality

Tandoori is awesome. I bought orange for occasional wear. Perfect size and outstanding quality of $65 on sale. Love it. These points of comparison are stretching it.

@ypxgame yes all screwed down...both crown and backplate. Possibly the worst watch ive ever had. I have 30+ watches as i collect them. Kept excellent time but definitely not even splashproof

I always take the caseback off upon receipt, silicone the gasket, place it properly, and then carefully place and tighten the caseback. I also lightly grease the crown threads.

Not really comparing apples with apples is it? If you buy a smaller watch what is the point comparing size? Tandorio make a 40mm with day complication so that would be a more realistic comparison.
