Thanks for the pod! I’ve only found you guys recently but I’m really appreciating hearing about all of the different vtubers. I have a hard time staying on top of things, especially from vtubers who don’t speak English. Currently my fav vtuber is an indie called BriatCookieBox. If you feel like it, maybe give her a listen to see if she sounds familiar.

Glad to hear you're enjoying our content! It's not possible to cover the entire vtuber industry anymore even for us but we try our best to do a mix of a bunch of different ones when we can. Especially since all 3 of us only speak English. We'll be sure to take a look at BriatCookieBox though as we're always happy to check out new people and maybe they'll get a small feature of their own on our next episode.

Haha yes we usually try and avoid rage/drama content but this situation was just a whole pile of terrible things that we couldn't avoid. All of the Selen stuff came to light just a couple days before we recorded so we were all still very upset over it. Crossing our fingers that things will settle in the community as a whole and we can all go back to just focusing on fun content.

I’m late to the party but I still consider this event one of the worst things to happen in the vtuber circle. After everything that happened over the month I’m never going to forgive Niji for this, or for Zaion, or for any of the other talents they’ve hurt over the years.

At a certain point there's an obvious pattern alright. And forgiveness doesn't come cheap, especially after someone's life is nearly lost.
