@josephwilliams14593 жыл бұрын
@@pigeon1923 That is really silly to have to carry a bag everywhere or only where clothes with specific GIANT pockets to carry a laptop? I can easily fit a double screen phone phone in any clothes and have it easily accesible in my right pocket. There is a reason why people have their phones on them 24/7 everywhere they go but this is just not the case with laptops that have powerbricks, and are a hassle to pull out and I can't just easily work with my lapop anywhere, I need to find a table and a chair. I can literally pull out my phone standing or on a bus or car easily while commuting. You're trying to make a comparison and it is falling short all over the place. Plus I have vision problems, I'm legally blind. It is a pain in the ass to work on a laptop and I will be breaking my neck to see it. I can bring up double screen phone to where I can see it and work on it just fine at the same time. Double screen phone is just ideal in basically every single way.

cpu evolve as well and use more and more power. so a 2050's battery would just fit with a 2050's cpu.
I had a Moto Z Force (tougher, slightly thicker version of the Z) Very few phones have ever impressed me as much with their design. It was cool because it was thinner than any phone I used before, and expandable. I wound up totally ditching thinness for the massive arrangement of the phone with either a speaker module or a battery pack on the back, depending on what I was doing (both were about an inch thick)

I loved my LG G Flex 2 and I am deeply sad they abandoned it. Once you used the curved screen, you can never settle for something inferior. So anyway, from what I have learned, the reason for the curvature was not that your hands or face are curved, although it did indeed fit in your pocket better than anything else, the main reason was that at the distance where you hold your phone, the eye focuses in a sphere that roughly matches the curvature of the screen and this was just awesome, especially for movies. I miss the curved screen ever since. You could also flatten the phone (push on the back, sit on it) and it would return back. This flexibility also allowed it to dissipate virtually any fall. It would just not break or even scratch that much. I would return to my plastic flexible curved phone 100% of the time over the current meta of brittle glass phones. Moving to glass was a nobrainer for me.
@stonedsloth18732 жыл бұрын
I feel you the flex 2 was the best phone I've ever used hands down. It just felt right the physical and software aspect. LG would definitely be more successful if they just sticked with that line of phones :(

Mine bricked itself (bootloop for the win) after almost 2 years and i was pretty sad. It was such a showpiece and a very good phone to live with. It also had pretty decent bezzles for it's time.. But the V30 is a decent replacement for it.
