First of all I am a fan of your channel and your fan for the way you patiently and clearly explain and illustrate. I had a question on this particular sloka. I tried to understand it like this. The non-moving One (anejat), swifter than manas (manaso javiyo), which none of the devas (na enat deva) (deva - all kinds of 'divine forces' that make the universe) can reach ahead quickly (apnuvan purvam arsat), that (that) flows (dhavata) crossing over others (anyaan atyeti) is situated (tishthat) in that (tasminn) Apa that mAtriSva yields/gives (Apa that matarisva provides). The unmoving one (which I interpret as iSa here) is situated in the Apa that matarisva provides, but is faster than manas, though unmoving (as u said manas is supposed to be fastest by human experience). some differences in the way you understand it. I definitely accept tistathi could be used to indicate stand still, but i thought it is more like situated...? again i bow before your knowledge. just trying to clear my doubts..
