Unfortunately, I have not experienced any benefits on Mental & confidence level yet. I am not sure on what time it shows up. A very minimal improvement in memory, but the confidence still seems low. Man I totally relate to the “knowing a lot of things, but not being able to explain how”. I’ve been doing semen retention since 2020 while maintaining my normal sexual relationship with my girlfriend. At first it was extremely hard but after a while it gets easier and easier. At first the “blue balls” was enough to drive someone mad but now I don’t really even get it anymore and if I do it’s very mild. This is a tough addiction to overcome. I have struggled for decades but finally making good progress. I think you have to have several reasons for wanting to do it. Having a spiritual reason is also very influential. Contemplate all the negative feelings and connected with it and how it takes away your power, strength and peace of mind. It also contributes to a very negative culture where women are objectified and is destructive to the women as well who sell their soul and self respect for this destructive occupation.
