I just got the sunburst version in June. And the tuners have the vintage. Just lots with the push wire down the center.

Did you have to do any adjustments to the guitar (ie; nut, fret work)? What gauge strings do you run?

Just a small bridge height adjustment. There was one high fret though. I use Ernie ball 10’s.

Great review. I have the Affinity model in white and love it. It is as you say a really comfortable guitar to play and I dig the retro look. Be super boring if all guitar designs were the same. I would like to get the CV model that you have because of the pickups. Do you know if they are Alnico magnets or Ceramic ?

Ok. Thanks. Seems like they are not wide range but not. Clear from that video if Alnico or ceramic……mmm……yours still sounds really good. Wish Fender would be more detailed on their website as to each model…

Also those are not true CuNiFe wide range humbuckers, but they sound good.
