I’ve been there 3 years ago. Supposedly I’ll do the nose enhancement with the threads but Instead did the injections only. I got scared with the procedure but still the injections were too painful that led me tearing up while I’m in the process of injections. I decided to go back and will have the “nose enhancement using threads. Hopefully it won’t hurt me( I have fear of needles 😥). Be back on February for vacation so see you again Doctor Contessa😊

Doctora contessa. May I ask is it ok for the thread inserted in the columella tip to be felt in the philtrum part of the lip. But not puncturing it or having a through and through? Thank you

Sorry for late reply It should not be in the philtrum part. Make sure it’s located in the intercrural space Inspect the inner oral mucosa and palpate for the threads . If it’s palpated in the philtrum area, it will cause discomfort, need to remove it.
