Also, he is a copycat and only recites his book knowledge, more or less. Sometimes his heart comes through, I see his humanhood but mostly I see him lying and pretending he has experienced stuff which he clearly hasn't. You following him and thinking his teachings are authentic says everything about your awareness. If your devotion is blissful I bless it and hope that it will expand for you and reach even greater heights. But to be fair to myself, most bhakti nowadays is bullshit and self-centered. I needed to hear this! Following Acim for 3 years. But my ego didn’t want to serve Gods will but chasing outcomes. But I didn’t knew I was seeking pleasure. For the past few weeks I've had this mantra of "just do THE THINGS", in response to feeling like I'm not doing enough or not putting enough effort into achieving my goals. "the things" are those things that I don't have to think about. They are not too easy, they are not too hard. I intuitively know how much I have to give. My body knows how much water I can carry, how much wood I can chop, how much "service" I have to give. It feels good to carry as much as I possibly can, no more, no less. The only thing I struggle with is the "amnesia". God's will is often not obvious to me, and that's when I get lost and start "chasing" things that leave me feeling empty inside, either because they're out of reach.... or just as bad... they are IN reach and still leave me empty inside.

Yes, I am often in a "grey zone" of not knowing "what to do" in terms of god's will as well. Kinda like I am just sitting and waiting for instructions. As someone who has himself tried desperately to "figure out" and "achieve" certain goals to no avail 😂 I think it would be helpful to ask if these goals are the way forward. AKA "God's Will" Or if these goals are a perceived need or must. If I need to achieve this goal for X cause. For me, these things I seem to be unable to do are driving me deeper into surrender and the knowingness that all is well and that god has everything under control. Whether this thing happens or not is fine. Whatever god needs me to do I shall do so. Hope this helps out ❤

It is soooo beautifully explained. I feel like the sense of separation was like watching a TV and experiencing different emotions, but, then, at the end of the day, realizing it was somehow unreal and so, not fulfilling. But after the actual doer takes place, one becomes the whole life itself and the whole life experience feels much more vivid and real and satisfying. Because the real self lives "you" and is present in you. It is just like you said, the whole universe talks to you, as if you are in communion with everything. I realized that while I was painting. No thought was there while I was painting. No activity of the mind but I was painting. Who was doing the painting? Life is doing it. No intelectual knowledge, no thinking and yet it is beautifully done. And then I remembered the devotional saying of Jesus that you mentioned "...the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing...". And so, I realized that I am the painting, the paper and the painter and ever since then, I find myself overwhelmed with Love and affinity, connection with anything. Love arises through everything.
