I am an original 1976 pUnK, I was eleven when I first got into the music revolution in 1976! I have always loved Glen, he was there from day one, treated a bit s??t by the other members of the Sex Pistols, but I was lucky enough to see the 'original line up' in Manchester in 2007! Huge sex pistols fan seen them live 6 times reunion tours and I've meet him he asked me how good bass sounded on so it goes first tv appearance simply amazing sid had the basics but glen was the man sid barely played all the way on live recordings steve jones played the bass on never mind the bollocks gken sounded amazing on spunk I've 250 items in my sex pistol collection belsen demo worth a listen sid played well on that track.

New box 1976 1977 is a gem 8 previously unreleased tracks are gems some are upgraded and have been mixed in a different studio which sees much improvement in the bass and guitar glen era. Also check out belsen demo 2 tracks sid plays well.band were there for 26 months but did more than most bands do in a lifetime and I like lots of music genres but pistols are something else

Glen bass amazing I wanna be me anarchy in the uk and on many demos 1976 to jan 1977 steve was good and cookie was a decent drummer they were an amazing band.sid was better as a singer bass was very average and at times he played very bad.vicious white kids sid vocals Glen bass rat scabies drums steve new guitar 1978 august one off gig sound amazing
