Always make a lower offer. If it says 425 most likely they LL sell it for 370. Properties in Panama are easy to buy and hard to sell

Well, we got an offer on this unit yesterday, and after only being on the market for 5 days, I guess it all depends on what type of property you are selling and how ots being marketed... As this one will go fast. And definitely not for $370k, yet nice try. Nonetheless, withing you a great week
