Thanks Neville. Yes we do have "traditional Chippies" down here! Sadly they only use Australian fish like Snapper, Red Emperor and Barramundi. No Rock salmon, cod or my favourite, Skate!. Although I found it very hard to get any of those when I was in the UK last year? Very odd? Thanks again, stay safe.
