The Shaman Patch Notes In 11.1 PTR! Enhancement Getting JUICED | The War Within

As someone that’s mained or had Enhancement as a main alt for many nice to have the spec in such a good place. Hopefully it stays upper middle of the pack at the very least. I love the Lightning Bolt animation. It’s an HD version of the original animation rather than going in a different direction. Crash Lightning is sick too. I dunno how I feel about the “nerf” to the Elemental Wolves.

That lightning bolt is cool. Differentiating from chain lightning was a good move. the chain lightning is probably my favorite spell in all of WoW. Slightly ahead of destros chaos bolt. So glad they didn’t change that.

Chaos bolt is definitely my favorite spell in the game, I’ve mained lock since 08, shaman is my 2nd favorite class. Best overall spell animations.

Yes make my fav class since wreath is even more great. I will say reducing the button bloat would be the biggest buff but also i like to hit as many buttons as possible.

They still need to either prune or put on a choice node [Fire Nova] and remove access to [Lava Burst] or make it replace [Lightning Bolt], [Cataclysm] and [Crash Lightning] could also be on a choice node. Enhancement has been awfully bloated for no reason since DF, no class needs 40 keybinds, unnecessary damaging skills bloat is not a representation of skill.

Bro talking and dont even know the spec, lava burst and cataclysm aint enhancement spells, a choice node between crash lightning and sundering make no sens at all, and replace lightning bolt by lava lash ?? A choice node between a spender and a generator lol ?

I am looking forward to using a fire build with Enhancement. As a Totemic player, not using two of the hero talents sort of sucked, even thought was doing great damage. These new changes will bring flame back, and having a way to move the totem, (Queen fight..) will be great!.

Hey dal. have you seen the datamined spell for Frost DK that might replace breath. the new spell Blizzard are tinkering with has the name Might of the Frozen Throne. what it seems like is that they want to bake Pillar and breath together and change it to be more like what bone storm used to be. it looks super interesting and might be legit thing to happen this patch if blizzard add it inn.

Buton bloat is a problem for almost all specs specially for shaman. I remember the good old says when you have only stormstrike and schocks. That was good.

​@@milenkomimica4115 yea I don't think they have to go crazy with it. 25 buttons seems like a reasonable compromise. Any more than that is just bad design. And u lose alot of the "feel" Iv played games where each class only had 6 buttons or less and some of those classes felt better than some of wows
