What a great movie. There were so many emotions driving this movie, jealousy, love, wanting to belong, sexual desire, the need for freedom, the need to conform while feeling the need to break free, acceptance, denial. In the end, I wonder if who was set free more, the creature or Elisa. This movie is suspenseful, lifting, poetic, moving, uplifting and so much more all at the same time.

Nice scene! You get to know Elisa, modest, ordinary girl-next-door. Because she is disabeled and orphan she's used to expect not much from life. But she also, like any other girl/woman likes shoes, loves to dance. What a great way to open the movie!! Del Toro is a real genius!

Wow has to be one of the best opening scenes ever! I'm captivated.. never seen the film but will soon... she is such a clever and thoughtful person. That painter kind of just said the lines like he was reading a instruction Manuel ha.. but that theatre manager was awesome... "Come on two S's!!!' ha. Such a brilliant look to it.. love the tones and colours and the whole flow to the film, angles and movement from room to room to the bus.. amazing. Purely amazing. now the Film has a lot to live up to . ha but I'm sure I'm gonna like it. thanks for up loading.
