Regarding the car dealer who had extra charges, this happened to me,I discovered my car wasn't even road worthy, and had previously been involved in an accident ,The same type of person/people, threatened to call their boys ,which involved the police, so eventually I got a country court judgement in my favour and the full amount was paid
