It is essential to never allow any interpretation of the Second of the Two Things left behind to guide us in this International Age or Ummati Muhammad conflicts with either literal or figurative belief in Al Quran. If there was a real Islamic State, it wouldn't be threatened by other systems of religious authority being present. If God has left either the Companions, People of The House, Sayings/Events, or Tradition to share the the inspiration for the revelation which is Al Quran, then enough would remain with clarity to guide humanity.

Has the marjiyah ever been corrupted? When so, given the corrupting nature of power, what were the mitigations that failed? It looks indeed corrupt-proof by design, unless a majority of mujtahid get corrupted. Thanks.

Fallible human beings are always prone to corruption. As an example you can look at the Shirazi clan living in London and working with MI6 to undermine Iran. Ayatollah shariatmadari was another example, you can read about them on google. Other than that Marj’iya has been the backbone of Shia Islam, throughout history, especially during recent history.

To be a learned person, is possible for a woman or man equally. As for Mujtahids, there is no Ijtihad in religion, not for men or women. As Sayed Al Mansoor May Allah protect him says, whoever bases their religion on traditions or opinions has no religion, but whomever takes their religion from the caliph of Allah directly, then they have been guided to the straight path! If you are a sister, then my dear sister return to the Imam of your time and take from him. If you seek to learn more then I will point you to the right direction bithnAllah.

As the holy Prophet saw said, I am leaving with you the book of Allah and my progeny the Ahlul Bayt, and they will never separate until the day of Judgment. Unfortunately the Shi’a for the last 1200 years disregarded this narration and held onto traditions, some of which are reliable, others not. The Holy Prophet never said the Quran will separate from the Itra (progeny) for 1200 years, then come back and separate on the day of judgment.... rather he said they will remain together until they reach the Kawthar Same way you have access to the book of Allah today, you have access to the Mahdi. For Ghayba does not equal inaccessibility as most Shias believe for the last 1200 years, rather Ghayba = accessibility but in a way which conceals the identity of the Imam in order to protect him from the leaders in Shi’a circles who seek to kill him.

We have not mislead the people, nor spoken out from ignorance, but we spoke directly from the book of Allah and his caliph’s teachings, but your ignorance has blinded you, and your blind emulation has made you irrational. Know Awais, that this narration you brought forth does not say scholars, but rather “narrators of Hadith”. It seems your accustomed to accuse others of ignorance, without returning to evaluate yourself. If this narration came from Imam Al Mahdi, and that is if it did, (and you wouldn’t know that since you do not take the religion from him directly nor his Shi’a) you would know that Ahlul Bayt (as) are eloquent in their speech, specific in their terms, who only speak that which God wants. This narration specifically says narrators of Hadith and not scholars (fuqaha). What you are saying is similar to one saying a muhaqiq and a muhadith are one and the same! strange are you people, we bring to you teachings of the living Imam and you return to accuse us of ignorance and misguiding others based on a single unreliable narration? I leave you and all those who will be reading with this. Oh people know that you have been ordered with the book of Allah and the Mahdi, for your religion is between these two, and so long you take from these two you will be saved! But he who does not take from the book of Allah and the Mahdi directly will only be lead to the fire of Hell!

You are emphasizing on directly taking from imam mehdi a.s but you are not elaborating the technique about how we can directly take knowledge from ahlebiat a.s. The answer is simple. Form the people who have spend their entire life to propagate the messages pf ahlebiat a.s, form the people whom have devoted their entire life studying about the path of ahlebiat not people like you and me who had spent their entire life in search of wealth. Indeed ijtehad is way of getting direct knowledge from ahlebiat a.s For any kind of problem about any matter u seek toward their field specialist e.g for a disease you seek a professional doctor despite knowing you can google the symptom and easily fine a medice over the internet but you know that it will be risky so u concern a doctor yet when it comes to religious matter's people think that the credibility of mujtahid does not exist. A mujtahid never gives fatwa agianst the teaching of ahlebiat a.s or quran. You just have no idea about the level of knowledge and piety that is needed to become a marja. U said that their is no word fuqha mentioned in the hadith by imam mehdi a.s....believe me i can show u the hadith in which the word fuqha is explicitly mentioned and imam asked about following the fuqha as well but still u will come up with different excuses. Go have a look at hadith my imam hassan askari a.s in book al ehtijaj tabrasi, vol 2, p263. Everyone is not able to accept the path shown by ahlebiat a.s
