Allah says about these kinds of competitors in Suratul Muminun:
They are eager to do righteous works; they compete in doing them. (Quran 23:61)

Participants on The Shia Voice Season 2 - will recite Quran, Noha, Latmiyya, Poetry, Majlis, Public Speaking.
With the aim of encouraging the youth of the west to serve the Ahlulbayt (as), we are scouring the globe and kick-starting Ramadan with the first round of auditions to find the next Shia voice. So sit back, relax, get your phones out and share your videos with family and friends. Turn the volume up and witness the Shia Voice.
72 candidates from all around the UK and Europe will be on stage where they will come face to face with the fiercest foursome (a panel of four judges) and compete for a place in the semi finals.

This is an amazing show since last ramadhan I don’t think a day has gone by that this show has not played on a screen in my home! only today I was thinking it would be so nice to see lovers of ahlulbayt AS, and people who love to recite the holy Quran by those who have disabilities…..and then I see this young Quran recitor! Masha’Allah so inspiring may Allah bless him. These people are so sincere, pure & their love is really true love! We need to give them a platform, an opportunity and much encouragement because they have so much love to express…..their ways maybe different and even difficult to understand….Insha’Allah this young boy inspires many more ❤

That's really not possible. They have disproportionately few Qur'an reciters or speakers compared to Latmiyyah/poetry reciters. This way is easier to justify.
