Look at his achievements, he’s done basically everything you can possibly do in wwe, 4 time world champ, 2 time us, 2 time IC, 6 time tag champ, MITB winner, Royal rumble winner, 2015 wrestler of the year, beat John Cena and Sting in the same night to become world champ and US champ. he’s absolutely a star & i don’t understand how people forget this. Moxley has huge star power as well not as much achievements as Seth but still, World champ in WWE & Aew. US champ in NJPW and wwe. 3 time IC, 2 time Tag champ. Won MITB , 2020 Wrestler of the year, has done the grand slam twice. also did great stuff in CZW after leaving wwe. Roman was last too win wrestler of the year actually and up until he turned heel was much more hated then Seth and Mox. All three of the are already legends of the business and some of the best in the world right now. but by no means is Roman the only one with star power.

It’s unbelievable how 10 years ago, this legendary stable debut and changed the wrestling world forever. While it was a bit hard at first for all 3 members to obtain great singles careers and they each had bumps along their way, but where they are nowadays, it’s just insane. Roman being the unstoppable GOAT right now, Seth being the iconic Visionary giving us many classics, and of course, Moxley giving us badass times with AEW and gave many people, who not only don’t want to return to WWE, but for those who haven’t watched since Attitude, now got an interest in wrestling again. I’m happy for all 3 men right now, it’ll be a sad day when all 3 retire. So until then, let’s all enjoy these 3 awesome competitors together, no matter if you love one company more than the other, or enjoy them both. Long live The Shield.

Moxley even has a nice little reason why he comes from the crowd (so that it's not just a simple tribute to the shield). When he first came into AEW he tried going down the ramp normally but got attacked from behind, and ever since then he has never trusted the entrance way.

I knew Seth and Dean were gonna be big deals. Tyler Black and Jon Moxley definitely had something that made them special on the indies. Roman was the weak link to me. Being overpushed as a Hoganesque babyface for years didn't help. Fortunately he found his niche and has become the big star that the company tried to make him for so long.

I always believed Dean would be wwe champion the second he got the United States. Like he had most crazy and wild promo styles out of the trio in 12/13 whilst Roman didn’t speak much and Seth just wasn’t my guy or favourite. In 2012 no one would have ever though that this 3 would be what they are right now. The best faction to get its young talent over since Evolution in my opinion. Other factions have either failed or didn’t get every member over or established like these 2. I think Nexus could’ve been up there with them if they didn’t get buried at SummerSlam in my opinion. Legacy was a personal favorite that fizzled out but it’s great to see Cody being a main eventer. The Shield is definitely the most successful since Evolution.

I hate to say it because all three men are great but Dean Ambrose sadly had the worst despite being the first one to hold singles gold. All of his title reigns are forgettable, with the only highlight being his feuds with Seth Rollins who has had the best career in WWE as a whole with the only downsides being getting injured in 2015, coming back as a heel, and feuding with Baron Corbin. Roman Reigns is in the middle for me because he obviously could have had a better singles run before winning the WWE Championship and a much better face run between 2016-2020, but has turned it all around with his Tribal Chief gimmick which proves a heel Roman Reigns is marketable.

When you look at them they are the Project, the Prospect, and the reject and I'll explain: Roman reigns was the project the wwe original, no indie experience, a diamond in the ruff that had more bumps in his road but eventually reached his true potential as the Tribal Cheif Roman Reigns leader of the bloodline Seth Rollins is the Prospect, a young talent from the indy scene who followed in the foot steps of Daniel Bryan and cm punk, someone who could adapt fo the wwe style and proved by his work that he can fill any role from world champion, to mid card, to tag team to carrying a storyline without a title Dean ambrose/Jon moxley unfortunately is the reject and not because the man himself isn't good, he's damn good but the wwe never used him how he should, he was the guy who had to spread his wings and rediscover himself, the old self and this kead to new Japan, GCW the new indy scene and eventually AEW where he uses everything he's learned to be his best self, even things he learned in wwe have helped him be the kinda guy the AEW locker room needs especially after the last few months All 3 have become the best version of themselves and it's unfortunate they aren't together now Moxley vs Reigns could main event wrestlemania but we all knkw its the thriple threat match we want Reigns vs Moxley vs Rollins
