Sounds like it's getting good PSI, just not enough volume, needs bigger lines, which would lead to loing pressure faster so would also need a bigger reservoir.

I recently bolted a small cheap 12 volt motorcycle horn directly to the underside of my truck hood and wired it to a button on the dash. Super loud that way bc the hood amplifies it, sounds hilarious. Reminds me of an old VW horn.

Why oxygen, you'd use nitrogen if you want more bang for your buck on how much compressed gas fits into a cylinder. Plus using pure oxygen on anything woth oil on it is asking for trouble.

You need a volume tank. Add a 1 or 2 inch hose going from the “large” compressed air storage tank to the horn. Use that to feed air to your horn. That should correct the issue
