In my humble opinion I was a paramedic for 30 yrs total involvement in the study of human medicine 45 years. My interest has always been Emergency Medicine. My wife has always said I should gone to Medical School, but when i was young I was always told I wasn’t smart enough. I guess that’s what happens when I was in 6 foster homes, and never received the proper schooling. My love for Biology and chem., always fell onto death ears. Dr. Barbara O’Neil is a Super Awesome TEACHER!!! Why??? Dr. O’Neil is a natural teacher she is so easy to understand and how to apply the knowledge. She put’s a new definition into the phrase “Common Sense” Wow she is outstanding! All teacher’s should learn from her 😊😊😊😊

For those of you who hopped on Google and are criticizing her saying that she was giving bad advice… i implore you to not discredit her so quickly for the ones claiming that she was giving bad advice are the same ones who are poisoning us to this day. I didn’t do much research on it but what I did see was only one person who potentially had negative results but his cancer was in stage 4 and his friends/family claim he lived another 2 years after he started her treatment. My grandpa was healthy. Had an infection on his toe and went to the doctors, then was told he had “cancer” after bloodwork… did chemo and all that yet literally died within 3 months after that first doctors visit.. from healthy to dead in 3 months.. so it would be different in my eyes if it was an outburst of many people who had negative results from her teachings but no, it was “healthcare professionals”, “scientists” or should I say “Big Pharma” trying to discredit her & her practices because they were losing money

Summary: Water is the second most vital element needed for life, after oxygen. Sodium and potassium are also essential minerals for the body. Sodium helps transport glucose into the blood and water into the cells, while potassium is found in high concentrations inside the cells. Imbalances between sodium and potassium can lead to issues like high blood pressure. Unrefined salts like Celtic or Himalayan salt are better options than table salt, as they contain a more balanced mineral profile. Dehydration can have widespread effects on the body, impacting digestion, brain function, joint health, and respiratory function. Drinking enough water throughout the day, along with consuming mineral-rich salts, is crucial for maintaining overall health and hydration.

I have been very wary and aware of food for decades. In my early 20s I started having lots of general inflammation resulting in illnesses that seem to have no underlying cause. People, including doctors, have called me paranoid, conspiratorial, even mentally ill because I spend a lot of money on organic food, supplements and avoid processed food as much as possible. I am so grateful for people like Barbara. Thank you for not giving up on teaching truth!

Yeah, the medical industry doesn't want us to follow God's gift of unadulterated foods. They would rather fill us full of chemicals and then pills to counteract the chemicals that's poisoning us. Gotta keep their bank account nice and FAT, probably to buy healthy food for themselves 😮.

Dangerous Claims and Unsubstantiated Therapies Cancer Treatment: O’Neill falsely claimed to be able to cure cancer and urged clients not to use chemotherapy. She promoted the discredited notion that cancer is a fungus treatable with baking soda, asserting, without evidence, that one doctor had cured 90% of his patients’ cancer with baking soda injections. Anti-vaccination Stance: O’Neill discouraged immunization, declaring all vaccines harmful. She even suggested absurd alternatives such as “children can be naturally vaccinated against tetanus by drinking plenty of water.” Her association with anti-vaccination groups has drawn severe criticism.

Swelling in my feet, face and heart. Limit of up the stairs 2x daily, too hard! Daughter said switch to celtic. Good kidneys, so 1 day challenge. 2 of our 3 teaspoons of Celtic Salt, on fresh tomatos, and 12 or 15, 10 oz glasses of water all day. Day 2 my daughter saw my profile and screemed, " You did the salt, oh you did the salt!!!" Jowels shrunk 50 to 75%. Feet shrunk a quarter size and slip on shoes kept falling off, heart felt shrunk. I only looked about 8 years younger . Just used salt in cooking after that. Forgot about limiting trips upstairs. End of day 2, I counted trips upstairs, it had been 22 that day. I only swell up now if i eat table salt 2 meals in a row, so travel with it.

Ron: Our sophomore year in public high school in a suburb of Seattle our biology teacher had a doctorate degree. I never heard whether it was in biology or education, but when I later took microbiology at UCLA, I got an A because of what we learned in high school. Our high school biology teacher told us that the greatest danger we would all be in during our lives would be pandemic. She taught us cell structure and nutrition and evolution and genetics and anatomy and pond life ecology and scientific method. We were the first class that did NOT dissect a frog, but we used microscopes regularly. She filled an hour a day with science during 190 days. When Dr. Crick came to give a public lecture at the University of Washington, that high school biology teacher loaded a bus load of us and took us to hear directly about the double helix. I did not become a physician, but I taught research methods and publication practices to many nursing and premed students because sciences continue to change. The expansion of knowledge and communications is phenomenal.

Great video from Dr O'Neil about hydration. Someone I know had gone overboard though. Years ago, a family member stuffed himself with water everyday to address his high blood pressure esp after a bout of alcohol the day before. He carried water bottle wherever he went, going overboard with water intake. Fast forward a few months later he couldnt focus, unable to process info, drowning in confusion and couldn't rush to the loo fast enough. Even drove his car into a highway pile up coz couldn't stop in time, totalling the car! Saw a few specialists, the third one, a nephrologist, detected the extra low sodium. It turned out that sodium in his blood got over diluted, not enough electrolytes to function normally. A scary self imposed condition called hyponatremia! The problem went away with normal water intake. A warning about overdoing H2O but this was an extreme case that got everyone seriously worried. Edit: On the other hand, our tendency to forget daily water intake due to our love of coffee, over time will surely lead to nasty Vertigo attacks-personal experience! Don't overdo on coffee.

Josephine: Pay careful attention when you think your body is reporting hunger to you. Often what the body is reporting is a deep, internal tissue thirst! When attempting to satisfy hunger it is correct to give the body water first. Then pay attention to whether that satisfied the body. Too many people over eat and under hydrate because they misinterpret thirst signals the body gives. We learned to interpret hunger and thirst signals when we are so young that many people need to unlearn and relearn that very early lesson.

@@RD-bx7wl Distilled water is the best water to drink. It is pure water the same as rain water as years ago before a polluted atmosphere. Distilled water bonds with inorganic minerals and rids your body of them . DW doesn't bond with needed organic minerals but leaves them alone.. DW is a great way to improve your health and it's so easy. I have a gallon distiller on my counter top and distill poison tap water daily. After distilling you should see the gunk left in the distiller. I missed out on all that trouble. IMO

Boy, does she make sense! I drink probably 2 liters of water a day and I’m still dehydrated. I can pinch the skin on the back of my hand and the skin sticks together for several minutes! I have a lot of muscle cramps in my torso and increased my calcium, magnesium and potassium intake to no avail. I then altered all 3 to gluconate versions with some improvement. But for years I’ve believed that I’m not getting enough water into my cells and now I know why! Now I’m wondering if I should add Celtic salt to my drinking water? I just emptied my table salt shaker and filled it with Celtic salt. I look forward to seeing an improvement.

This lady is gold, I experimented with the iodine for my thyroid issues wow it’s helped me so much, also the natural selenium’s. Sorted me out within weeks after suffering for 2 years with the symptoms. So glad I did not go down the synthetic hormone route suggested by my GP. Humans have been healing themselves for years before doctors. Our health services are more interested in big pharma than looking at more natural less expensive solutions. I also did the castor oil on my breast cysts and that worked. I will continue to learn from this lady, how the body works is fascinating and we should know more about how to look after ourselves properly. 💜

I've started having night leg cramps after I spend a lot time of working outside in hot weather (in Texas) but I've never had a cramp anywhere during the day no matter how hot and humid it is. I did internet research and most of it said that night cramps are caused by low magnesium levels. I started taking taking magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate but still get the night cramps. This video shows that magnesium bromide and magnesium sulfate will allow water to enter my cells but they are not listed on the Celtic Sea Salt ingredients. I've been using this salt for a few days and will be working outside today. I hope it works.

@@helenmorris6949 One does not need to be a doctor to know we need salt. Not just any salt the more natural the better. Table salt is toxic refined and whatever else they use to process it. The question you have to ask is. How has humanity survived before the westernisation of so called health treatments ? Natural and natural products which they are trying to eradicate. We are bodies of water and electrical cells Our bodies need salts for us to function healthy and normal. And drinking water alone does not hydrate us at all. It's astonishing how many people so-called healthy people are on some type of pharmaceutical medication. It's deplorable and alarming. Mom made 77 and dad made it to 81, And they were both on their share of prescription medicines. On the other hand, my grandma was born in 1893, died in 1998, and had no "Healthcare" plan. Didn't go to a doctor unless she was sick, And wasn't on any prescription medicines to the day she died. If you're not on some kind of prescription nowadays, that's a very rare situation.
