SA is a country who have always stood for Israel . The Afrikaans nation ( white SA ) have only always known Father God and the Messiah . Brother, with all respect you said the coming of the Meshiach depends on action taken because Yeshua says "nobody knows the day or the hour"... but in Mathew 24:36 it says, "nobody knows the day or the hour, not the Angels in Heaven, nor the Son, BUT ONLY THE FATHER. " This means the arrival of the Meshiach is preordained and known by the FATHER....therefore his arrival has nothing to do with any action taken by you or any of our brothers because the day is already set by the FATHER. However, we can know the season of his arrival based on the signs Yeshua told us to look for, especially in Mathew 24.... And as far as where we are in the Biblical timeline : Zechariah 12: 1 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. 3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it. 4 In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness." As we know many of these prophecies have multiple fulfilments. Isn't our Heavenly Father so loving to provide us with his "gameplan"? Bless you brother ❤!

*Great message Rabbi!* *Since Oct. 7, I've been praying more than ever for Israel, the Jews, and the brethren that are all over the world.* *I have a few questions for you that hopefully you don't mind answering. Have you considered the war described in Psalm 83 war might be what is about to be fulfilled? B/c Israel needs to be dwelling safely and without walls, gates, bars, etc. when Ezekiel's war takes place. Israel is not that way right now obviously so something major, a war, needs to occur prior to Ezekiel's war for them be in that state and the only way is if they don't have any enemies on their boarders. Psalm 83 describes those enemies that boarder Israel getting destroyed by the IDF.* *"And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,..." - Ezekiel 38:11* *My second question: I know that in Judaism/Hebrews, a day can be counted as one full day even if it's only a few hours left. Is that the same with years? I asked an orthodox Jewish man I saw in the market, and he said for somethings yes.* *I'm writing a paper on God's 7000-year plan for mankind and want to know how many years are left, per Jewish customs/believes, etc., from now until 2030. Should I count 2024 as year 1 even though we only have a few months left (Jewish civil calendar) and about 8 months left for the religious new year (real new year)?*

The Bible says that a thousand years is a day. According to the Hebrew Calendar year, it is 5784.

@danya.9602: Thanks for your reply, Danya, but that's not what I'm asking. I'm very familiar with that verse. In fact, that's the foundation of the paper I am writing. Btw, there are missing years in the Hebrew calendar, so 5784 is not the correct year. We are actually closer to 6000 than most people think.
