The milk ocean is probably the milky way galaxy. There could have been a tremendous upheaval or churning of milky way probably due to some merger of black holes. After this event there would have been merger, creation of new elements, compounds and entities, which are described here as precious objects, the poison (halahal) and the nectar of immortality (Amrit). Consequently all planets (Navagraha) got also realigned. Interesting to note Rahu/Ketu are also considered as Planets, meaning there were actually eight planets only. But one thing is not understood - if there was a Sanjivani Mantra which brings back a dead body alive, what was the need for Amrit? Also intrigued by "Amrit" which comes in the last stage of such merger/ upheavals, this must be one of the heaviest elements according to my understanding. What else it could be?

Good observation! I think Sanjivani represents more of a temporary revival or healing, while Amrit is all about everlasting life.

Yoo.. this whole time, the nymph that gave Dorvasha the garland of flowers was Vishnu all along. He played this leela knowing how He and the Devas would benefits from the churning of the ocean. The video doesn’t mention that Lakshmi was the consort of Indra. Vishnu knew He cannot just elope with Her. After Dorvashas curse to Indra, Lakshmi left Indra. Hence why Vishnu is called Mayavhi.
