The best thing about this move is that it is SCRIPTURALLY ACCURATE. I actually teared up more than three times watching this. It is actually written that God told Moses to speak to the rock but Moses was angry at the people and struck the rock instead and that's why he didnt get to go into the Holy Land. There are different ways to say the same sentence or tell a piece of the account without changing the meaning- that's the difference. The accounts don't have different facts or different sequences of events - it's the same story. I'm sure you know this, I just want to clarify that for anyone else here. Use a concordance to explore the meanings of the words in the original languages - Hebrew and Greek. It opens up the Word beautifully.

It’s always good to go back to bible for the Word. It is true and should be sound. 1st chapter of verse 1 in the book of Genesis the actor reads @3:12 of the introduction of this movie and says the word “heavens”.. Have you considered that the Bible almost certainly details extraterrestrial visitation (Ezekiel).
