Thanks for the detailed class on fertilizers! When you use Miracle Grow, do you use a hose end sprayer and spray the leaves or do you use a bucket and just put it on the soil?

I’ve tried them both. They both work fine.

Hi - I also use the Miracle gro all purpose plant food as shown in the video with great results - I follow the instructions on the back - I basically put a scoop of the blue crystals in a large multi hole watering can then add the right amount of water and apply directly to the soil (not the leaves) so that the roots can absorb the nutrients. For my garden I usually only apply MG as a reactive treatment to plants that don’t look too happy from stress. There are foliar fertilizer sprays out there (for applying on leaves) but I don’t know much about them.

Forget the foliar fertilizers. Soil application is way better. You feed the micro organisms in the soil and they will provide all the nutrients needed to the plant. You don’t need to worry about anything else.

😂 one love❤ Venus in the most respectful manner for the criticism that you may have God and are about to receive here should not be taken lightly just like with the money that was in the comments we all like to know what's within our plant that we are going to consume to live I have healthy body in life so it could be as simple as using banana peels molasses especially if you have access to using the whole banana aloe vera is very accessible you said and you have great polysaccharide rich nutrient Foods for vegetative growth you can also use coffee grounds have been used but I will only do that if they are organic coffee and it goes to show you have to check everything you used input wise life is a circle it's all about decomposition going from carbon and so forth but seriously you spend that much time in these videos you should definitely just look up into Korean natural farming another form such as permaculture as well don't forget hugehculture ❤

Thank you for your suggestion and your comment. I have no doubt that everything you are saying is correct, however all of those ingredients that you have mentioned will work over time, for instance, If I throw a banana peel or a whole banana in the ground, nothing is going to happen. That banana has to decompose first for those nutrients to become available to the microbes in the soil and that will take a long time. What if you have a lack of nutrients in your vegetable garden bed right now and you need a quick feed? What will you use? You have to use synthetic fertilizer to fix that specially if you live in a place where you have a small window to grow vegetables before winter hits and you are no longer able to grow. This is why both Organics and Synthetics can coexist in your garden. I love both type of fertilizer and both fertilizers have their places in gardening. 🙏🏻
