Tis Ma is much better IMO. It has better suspended armament (2x500kg bombs), better cannons (60mm penetration with 150 rounds), better maneuverability and speed, gunner with better aiming angles etc. . The only drowback Is much worse armor, but armor Is dead weight anyway most of the times with all the 20mm and 37mm guns firing at you. It can also fly with just a single engine in some occasions and Its also very effective fighter because of the 37mm having big explosive filler and 2x20mm shVAKs

What's with the happy face at the end? You should be crying...if you knew the truth. Gaijin wont answer it, because the way the repair costs work for vehicles is pure bullshit that is behind the reason. Basically, if a vehicle overperforms because of few great players who uses it, it gets repair cost increase as a "balance" to non-existent issue that was blown up by good players instead of average players. Other base repair cost is because of the armament it has, the type of bombs and explosive mass. They wont change it, just like any other vehicle that has a high repair cost.

THe MB 175T is missing it's radar and has a 'ghost crewmember' infront of the pilot. The Etendard is missing it's radar and bombing computer. The Mystere 4 is a buggy mess. The list goes on.

regarding the example you provided: Comms are usually manned by the commander in the absence of specialized crew just like the loading process is taken over by the gunner on smaller crews. however the most pressing question is: what about vitality/agility, which prevails, the one from the best trained crew mate or the least in those cases. Do they average out both values and apply the result?

Realistic tutorial on how to play the Kuirassier: Spawn, try to get in a good position early so you can use your only advantage which is the gun you have only HEAT for and no thermals because the grind is horrific, get sniped from the other side of the map because you're in a full uptier against an XM-1, repeat for the next 100 games until you get APFSDS. I really want to love this tank, but uptiers are constant due to 9.0 and 9.3 being premium BRs, and it really suffers IMO when you see that things such as a T55A that still have APFSDS and are faster, have a stabilizer and can't get one tapped by yet another Bradley/BMP2 frontally is at 8.0...

Nice video as always but i do have a question you put new jets with new pew pew that can shoot bullets and bombs with dragon breath etc. the question is vs SPAA that can hit you with missile even if he miss 3 football fields away(and thats ok it does its job as SPAA) how in the world to dodge a missile that you cant see 8/10 times even if you are looking at the same spot that is comming from (well you can in 500m distance) and i play the game on 4k 110+ fps maybe try to fix these things as disappearing tanks and ghost shell before next pew pew and dont add bombs etc have no use if you die while you spawn from CASPER missile

Gaijin has shown no intent to move dev servers to consoles and really has no reason to. The dev server isn't for players simply play the game and have fun, that is what the base game is for. The dev server is to test and gather community feedback on new content so that it doesn't adversely effect the game upon implementation. Only booting the dev server to pc saves time and resources and the PC player base is more than enough to get community feedback. Also the dev server is only open for about a day at a time so you are not missing out on much.

Q: what is the difference between the flares options in war thunder and how you use properly

Ok, so first you need to got to settings an assign a button for "fire countermeassures" which fires one use of your countermeasures, and optionally one for "periodic counter meassure release (on/off)," Which automatically fires countermeasures based on a timer. Flares vs Chaff Next is the kind of countermeassures you choose. You choose between either flares, chaff or a mix in between. Flares are used to defend against IR missiles and chaff is used against radar guided ones. Each countermeassure pod on you aircraft will fire the shown amount of each counter meassure in the picture. So if I have 2 pods on my vehicle (most have 2) and select the flares priority option which goes flares, flares, chaff, then it will fire 6 countermeasures every activation 4 flares and 2 chaff. Alternativly if I take standard which only has 1 flare in the picture, then I will only use 2 flares per activation. More flares and chaff makes avoiding missiles more likely but also uses up your countermeassures faster so choose wisely. Counter meassure series Next are the options, "Countermeasure series," "Countermeasure Period," "Countermeasure series period." These can be found in the menu before spawning your vehicle in battle or in the test drive menu. When hitting the "periodic counter meassure release (on/off)" button it wll automatically fire countermeadsures based on a timer. It will firecountermeassures consectutivly a number of times equal to your selection of "countermeasure series" each deployment will be spaced out by your selection of "Countermeasure Period" and then it will wait and then repeat the proccess equal to your selection of "Countermeasure series period." For example if I set "Countermeasure series" to 3, "Countermeasure Period" to 1 second and "Countermeasure series period" to 5 seconds, then it will deply countermeassures 3 times, each on second apart (taking 3 seconds total) then wait 5 seconds and do it again until I turn of "periodic counter meassure release (on/off)" or run out of countermeassures. MAW There is something called MAW which automatically deploys countermeassure series upon detecting a missile. This can be toggled off and on and is on by default after spawning in. This is advanced techonlogy only found on top tier helicopters. The planes in warthunder aren't modern enough to include MAW. Using countermeassures effctivly If you are in a plane you want to pull hard upon a missile being launched at you and deploy you countermeassures. If you fly straight the missile might ignore your countermeassures and keep its lock on you. If you are in a heli, manuvering wont help because you are slow, so spaming countermeassures is the best you can do. Idealy you want to deploy counter meassures reactivly as soon as a missile is launched so you don't run out. If a plane is on your tail, hold the c button for free looke behind you cand guide you plane with wasd. You can look ahead and use your mouse every so often. That about sums it up.

Question: Where can we find the Rangefinders and flares? Also, at ahat Tier are they Available?

Controls -> Miscellaneous Rangefinder (tank) is available on any tier, because on early tier it's your gunner estimating the range. From somewhere around tier 5-6 you get laser rangefinders which are way quicker. Flares are on planes around tier 6-7, not every plane has them though.
