Never had a better time than flying the Swedish J-28b (vampire). It has single rocket launches and penetrates 500mm or if you are good with light targets or pillboxes the HE ones are also great if not better. The ammo is better than the other variants and the turning or survivability has made me so confident that I could battle 1v4's easy and few Horten pilots could compete.

Hoping for more float planes in the future in all tech trees, they are very fun. I just hope we have a better way of landing with them in ground and air battles since most of the small ones are too fragile and easy to break while landing.

I wish there would be some kind of repair points on water for hydro planes like in Naval battles on which ships and hydro planes can be repaired because besides of that hydro planes have a disadvantage in other modes because they are much harder to land

I also want a bit more attention for them in game, though overlooked and underrated, they Had a Huge importance not only in the pacific theatre but specially there. I also hope the old pacific maps come back at some point for air battles...

While I can't see this being an official mode anytime soon, things like this can already be achieved using the CDK mission editor. You can find more about this on the War Thunder Wiki, or look around some War Thunder discord servers. Many of these do custom events up to 32/32 players with all vehicle types.

I gotta question, when testing the Turms-T protection analysis i noticed the 3BM22 round cant frontally pen it but the Abrams M774 round can frontally pen it when it has less penetration and muzzle velocity, why is that?

M774 is a long rod penetrator while 3BM22 isn't. The difference is that in 3BM22 the penetration is a hardened piece od metal on the front while the fins and tail are essentially hollow. M774 on the other hand has hardened metal all the way to the end of the projectile. The effect this plays on penetration is that long rod apfsds performs signicantly better at high angles of penetration such as the front plate of a T-72, as oppose to apfsds such as 3BM22. TL;DR: M774 has better performance at extreme angles than 3BM22 despite having less flat penetration. This applies to the T-72 front plate.
