That looks incredible! Here in the USA wood pigeons are also considered pests, but I'm so discouraged to see so many KZbin videos of them being shot and not used for food. I think that's just a shame! To shoot sometimes hundreds of these game birds and letting them go to waste, I just don't understand that mentality? I'm not talking about the pigions found in cities or parks, these are wood pigeons that nest in cliffs and raid crop field, so they're eating various grains and I'm guessing they would be delicious. I would think they'd taste a lot like mourning doves.
