Typically you'd be the 44 , We've used Ironheart UHF westerns as a base line for most buyers , with the rare exception thats been the go to line , Medium =40 Large = 42 XLarge = 44 and so on , If your UHF is washed and shrunk XL , 44 would typically be more your go to. You can also measure the shoulders straight across and your pit to pit to compare to the chart on the site
