the hype is real! been wondering how you fared with the storms Tekno, great to hear from you. any tline/canaan trips planned out yet?

@@ADHski We got lucky with Helene, it wound up tracking to our East which spared us a ton of tree damage where I am. In the end we just got a bunch of rain thankfully, but the areas I travel through NC were pretty devastated. It was pretty harrowing seeing the images of all the flooding and recognizing spots I've been for hiking or just travel like on I-26. I was just up in Canaan(got a vid posted of it) 2 weeks ago for some Fall hiking and poking around a bit. It seems Canaan has made some upgrades to the snow making system so let's keep our fingers crossed that means more open terrain this season. I'm out of vacation time(blew too much of it skiing in Jan/Feb this year, lol) for the rest of this year outside of my Birthday weekend which I'll probably try to spend at one of the NC spots. Probably going to try to get up to Canaan/Timberlin at least 2-3 times between January and March. Hopefully Nov/Dec will be able to at least get up to the Cat a few times. Just excited for the season though, and reminds me, need to go get my sticks tuned up, lol.

@@MichaelFrost-f2h great to hear from you !! I recommend Stowe (or any of the many surrounding resorts). There are direct flights up from Charlotte to Burlington
