Night skiing can be a trip. GoPro makes it look darker than it really is but it is still weird skiing in and out of the lights. Fun to see some night skiing!

Night skiing in PA was a fun time. Ski Shawnee would have once a month ski until 2am. That rocked. Always no lines at night.

I'd say its worth it this season with all the runs open! great vert & a fast lift. it can get VERY crowded though, but always fun

My man is globe trotting! Lol going to be so jealous if you get up NE. It looks epic up there. I'm eyeing first week of February for an epic 5 day NC/VA/WV trip. Hope the snow totals continue to climb the next couple weeks so I can ski Dark Side for the first time in 20+ years. Was the lighting that poor at Whitetail? Could barely see the trail there for a bit!

lol too funny. yeah I'm excited to get back to the NE, a little out of our territory though! let's gooo dude, it appears it will remain cold enough for you to get to Dark Side, I'll pray for you brother ! Lighting isn't the greatest, but it was also snowing/cloud cover that made it even more difficult! usually the moon helps with filming night, it was pretty dark up there lol

Omg i miss whitetail so much! This was my home resort before i moved to snowshoe and i lived pretty close actually. I mainly miss planning with my homie in math class the afternoon before we'd go night skiing after school. What features/tricks we were gonna hit, what trails to do and where to go afterwards. Id love to go back this season just once... Dont get me wrong i love snowshoe wayyyyyy more than whitetail but the memories whitetail holds is greater😭 But fr this time this is the last video before bed, we start making snow again tmr night and i gotta get rest🤙

you don't need an epic pass to ski here, you can purchase a 1 day lift ticket. also, if you're not skiing you can still go without a ticket and hang out at the resort

Always thought it was odd that the lodge and all of the parking were at the top of the mountain. If this were opposite it would be tons better . Strange

yeah it can get dicey headed to the top during a snow day. the only other inverted resorts I can think of are Laurel Mountain in PA & Snowshoe in West VA

Not really a fan of liberty idk it's too flat for me. Btw snowshoe will be a 100% pretty soon so id recommend taking a trip down here with all the snow we've been getting the past two weeks! We're getting another foot this weekend and the tree skiing has been gnarly so far!!!🤙

Liberty is decent - especially the steeps on the backside. All that cold weather looks like they were able to get quite a bit open. Nicely groomed too. Good video!

Man you are really getting around this season! I'm jealous, only been able to get out 4 times so far and missing out on this crazy snow we've been getting in the Mid-A. Caught a nasty bug after getting back from Canaan, but hoping I feel good enough to get out to Cataloochee this weekend to finally hit their glades. Liberty looked pretty solid, can't wait to see where you go next man!

hope you feel better brother! It's been quite the season so far, that's for sure. I can't wait to see some glades footage from the Cat. When I visited there I couldn't even envision tree skiing, because the whole resort was mud lol. Liberty isn't a bad little hill, just located too near cities to be empty haha.

Awesome video! found you through Jason, im going to sunday river in a few weeks!! Also do you know if sunday river has good beginner trails? im talking like slower easier stuff, i went skiing at bretton last year and thats when i learned so not very good yet

hey thanks man! appreciate it. I've actually never been to Sunday River outside of this past visit, and I heard they have a beginner peak located at the mountain. Your best bet is probably the trails located nearest to the Grand Summit Hotel on the map, I imagine those will be mellow for all the resort guests as they advertise "ski in/ski out" there. good luck & keep shreddin'!

nice! it definitely made the resort better! It gets very icy there sometimes with the lower elevation, but not a terrible spot overall. skiing is skiing right!
