Thank you for explaining how the Stem Table can work for my smaller conference room. I really like knowing that the speakers in the base and mics built into the top of the device are beneficial for separating the sound properly!

Thanks for the video! If you have multiple Shure Stem devices in a single room, does the mute button on one mute all devices in the room? Or do you have to mute each one?

Great question! Pressing the mute button on one Stem device will mute every device that is paired with the same room.

Can the Stem Speakers be hung from the Ceiling in the same way as the Stem Mic Ceiling array?

Hi, thanks for your question! The Stem Speaker includes an aluminum ring for flush mounting in a tile ceiling. There is no option for pendant mounting the Stem Speaker.

Connecting all of the devices requires using a PoE switch?

@@theodoredixon764 Hi Theodore! Yes, the Stem devices require PoE+ power which can be supplied from a PoE+ enabled switch or a PoE+ injector. They will also need a DHCP router connected to the network in order to receive IP addresses and communicate properly with one another.

Just bought the Stem Hub, Wall, Table and Control to test with. My suggestion would be to avoid it. It is in no way easy to setup and the setup process is clunky and not very user friendly (even for me as an IT Professional). Sure the microphones are pretty good and decent and can pick up from fair distances without having to scream, but overall UI and experience setting it all up is bad.
