49:25, None of that is weird or abnormal. Enchanting and levels and stuff are very complicated. The chance you get above 3 is very rare. That's because you need a way higher experience level. 81 is the minimum you would need to fully enchant one item. I don't know anyone personally who has gotten that high. There's no need. Enchanting books with three, mixing those for 4, and so on is far better than that. More consistent... villagers. You would likely want a form of exp farm either way. I got all I know about enchanting other than with an enchanting table from ibxtoycat. It's technically Bedrock Edition, but enchanting should function all the same, only difference being Java has an enchantment or two that BE doesn't have. You also only needed 15 bookshelves.
