This has been a really rough start performance wise. Customs, which used to be one of the best maps to have a smooth experience, now runs at like average 60fps on my top specs computer + optimisations. Game randomly freezing for upwards of 20 seconds. Memory usage creeping up to 30GB after doing a single raid and then having to quit and reopen. I spent a good hour messing around with settings. FSR 3.0, CPU affinities undervolting / overlocking but nothing has made the game more "stable". Sure there was some fps increases here and there but the crashing, freezing and frame drops were there just as much.

Customs won't even load for me anymore, I just get server connection lost error... Even streets loads fine

Game runs fine for me in 4k but it’s definitely using more and more resources every wipe. Up to 23gb of vram usage.

WELL I JUST PUT EVERY SETTING LOW OR OFF EXEPT MEDIUM TEXTURE AND IT PUMPED UP MY GPU USAGE. oh caps :/

You're looking at it wrong, looking at total cpu usage is not a good way to measure cpu usage, it could be maxing out a lot of the cores.
