its not explicitly mentioned but is definitely hinted at strongly, like how she describes she can 'feel the silver light' of the moon, implying she cannot see it, and also in the flashback when she walks into the room where her mother and the pianist are getting close she doesn't look at them directly but instead only looks at the floor and then runs of, suggesting she could hear and sense what was going on but couldn't see, also if she could they would try to convey her emotion through her eyes

@nalakitty01 its actually pretty simple after you,ve done it once. It takes around 3 min to do a counter-notification. Thing is, a company can send over 37 complaints at once, like they did on my old channel. At that point you're pretty much screwed.
