A large amount of Chief Wiggum's lines do play if you lose the race against him in Level 4-Mission 4, Return Of The Nearly Dead. It was me who discovered this and requested it's removal from the TCRF page for unused voice clips from this game.

Lisa's lines make her sound a lot more in character. In the final game she's like, uncritically driving around and smashing cars and stuff

Apparently I know that most/some of the unused voicelines are actually in some/most of the “mods”. I think I do actually know that.

2:26 - 2:37 that is actually not an unused voiceline. When you call Comic Book Guy’s Kremlin and he’s in it, he says that. So, you’re quite wrong, Earl Wavery.

Some of the Chief Wiggum quotes are actually used in-game, I was doing a custom mission that involved you having to race Chief Wiggum, and at times I would fail this, and I would remember hearing some of these quotes when it shows the mission failed screen he said, such as “Jeez, i’m sweating like a pig here”

5:33 - 5:41 I think all 3 (three) of those voicelines are used in the game as well. 1st edit: 4:15 - 4:41 I think/thought all those voicelines are used in the game, apparently. (I think, I don’t really actually know if that’s true).
