There's so much good shit in this scene, but two things really stand out. 1) Homer is apparently speaking with Maggie (i.e., commenting "I can see why this is so popular"), implying that he actively carries on conversations with her when she's watching children's tv, and 2) at 00:51, Maggie looks up and stares at the tv as Mr. Burns is threatening to cut off the beer supply, implying she grasps the severity of the situation. Classic Simpsons was gold ^_^
